Visited 8/30/2023 through drive through. Service was nice, sandwiches and kids chicken tenders were good but all 3 orders of fries were old, cold and a quarter filled. Do better!

We were reluctant to try at first due to the lower reviews but glad we did. Staff were super friendly and patient. Food was fast and fresh. Tasted amazing! Greeted both when we entered and when we left. Restaurant was clean and they were relatively steady. Great job!

Went to eat here this past weekend. Place was basically empty but yet took forever for someone to come over to take order. Most of the tables were dirty. At one I saw an elderly couple come in and they had to wipe their table off so they have a clean one. My nephews ordered a moose sub barely had any meat on it. Server left to bring refills and took almost 10 minutes. All the doing behind counter was talking and on phones. Will not be coming back here. Next time I’ll go to the Hardee’s and try them out. Can’t be no worse.

I have both eaten in and carried out. The never get my orders right, they are either on the phone or not paying attention. Today I ordered an noticed the grade had dropped from a 92 to 82. I immediately asked for my money back. They asked why and I pointed out the grade. Then I was told ” it’s not the food it was the cooling units”. After asking twice and speaking to two different ladies I was rudely given my money back. I hate to say this but since they moved to their new location things just aren’t the same. This place is going down hill fast.

This place is horrible, everyone is gossiping about everyone. You can see some employees kissing and flirting with each other. Their managing is rude and shouldn’t be in charge. I saw one waitress making a TikTok. The food took almost 30 to come to our table. This place needs new management and some new employees.

Stopped in last weekend passing through with the family for a late lunch. Always love Hwy55 where I live but wow, this one really missed the mark. Pretty shocked that this place is where it all started and it’s ran this bad. This place is filthy and the health inspector would eat this place up! Bathrooms are nasty, prep area right behind bar had banana peels sitting on it along with other trash that needed to be disregarded. Nice waitress but very slow service. My burger patties were burnt. Good thing I don’t live close but if I’m ever in the area again, it’s a hard pass!

The food & service were terrible! Fries & onion rings were cold! I will not be back. The cashier that took my money only spoke to me once, to tell me my total. Nothing else. The person who took my order was friendly but got my order wrong. This is the 2nd time I have been dissatisfied with my service at this location. I don’t spend my money at businesses that I’m not appreciated at. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could.

First of all the service was absolutely horrendous. The food tasted like it was made first thing in the morning and set in a warmer all day, on top of tasting like processed fake food. The whole store seems like it is ran by children. The bun on the shrimp burger I had, had some mold on it.

I have been eating Andy’s /HWY 55 since it opened. I’m originally from Mt Olive and I have eaten at several Andy’s / HWY 55’s all over the area and I can say that this food is NOT what it used to be! The burgers are not as good, low quality beef (fatty) and I understand that they are cooked using a machine or some type of new method, per the manager in Mt Olive, and you can tell the difference! Most of the time something (fries or burger) comes to the table either warm or room temperature, it’s not as fresh as it used to be. The restaurant is nasty – particularly the bathrooms. The one at 40/42 in Clayton is so nasty we stopped eating at that one. Apparently the Andy’s restaurant we new as a child is gone-I guess it wasn’t just a name change! It’s very sad, it was a great restaurant for years.
