Stopped here for a quick bite of lunch and if I didn’t love the chocolate soft serve ice cream I wouldn’t ever stop here again! The person/ lady that took our order at the drive- thru was rude, cut me off before I was finished ordering and told me to pull around to the window. We had to wait for a single hamburger and chili dog and a Dilly bar. When we got the order the wasn’t a hamburger in the bag. I couldn’t enter the store because ALL the doors were locked! Went back to the drive- thru and the same person answered me and told me I didn’t order a hamburger after reading my receipt back to her, she said pull up to trash can, where she handed me a hamburger. No I’m sorry…oops or anything. What happened to customer service???

One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. Felt like I was inconveniencing them for being there. Extremely rude employees. One employee mocked me. Order was prepared incorrectly and no sense of urgency to wait on me again to get it fixed. Visited Fri April 14 around 1100-1130.

I am from Ohio and frequently visit friends nearby. I have gotten food from this Dairy Queen location numerous times and one thing has been consistent with each visit. Unfortunately that one thing happens to be an incredibly rude staff. Each time I have been a patron of this particular DQ, I have been treated with disrespect and spoken to in a rude, condescending tone. Inexcusable, as even though I can predict what I am about to get myself into each time I go through the drive-thru, I still continue to treat each and every employee with respect and kindness, and I expect the same in return, not only as a paying customer, but as a human being.

We ordered a hamburger kids meal and when we got to the window they gave us a hotdog so we told them we didn’t order that and the lady rolled her eyes. The food was horrible. I’ve been to Dairy Queen before (not that one) and it was good this one was not. I went back in to get the hamburger meal and some Mayo for my dry chicken sandwich and the lady was cussing us out bringing our food. Also her whole butt was hanging out of her pants. Very unsanitary and unprofessional I hope she wasn’t the manager

I want this place to succeed. I believe if the owner were present to see the rudeness of some of the staff (not all), they would be concerned. One rude staff member can throw off a customer experience which would have otherwise been just fine.

Not a pleasant experience, hard to staff a fast food location I guess when everyone wants to work from home? Waited 24 mins in drive through and then checked order once we were directed to pull up to wait for our order .simple 6 piece strips and a burger combo, messed the burger up from flame thrower to A1 and 6 piece was a 4 piece..started order all over so 20 more minutes. Ridiculous time and I guess deciding to eat out on Saturday night at our local Dairy Queen was a big mistake, hwy 100 Sonic may have a new contender for worst Bellevue fast food in The area.
