Great place to eat spaghetti and chicken. Ideal place to eat and shop, and also roam around the mall. The food is good for fast food. Wish they didn’t discontinue the halo halo. That was good dessert. The Filipino community really come together in this mall and restaurant.

The food is good. I had the fried chicken and spaghetti combo. The fried chicken comes with a side of gravy for dipping. They have fried chicken combos and you get your choice of sides. If you get mash potatoes. You can use the gravy from your fried chicken for extra gravy. The spaghetti that came with my combo seems like a small amount. They could have given me more spaghetti in my combo. You can also order burgers.

This is a very nice Jollibee, located near the Target, Chow King and LBC in the mall. They, of course, have all of the traditional Jollibee favorites except for the Shanghai lumpia that they dropped from the menu. That was my favorite. I also loved their white meat chicken breasts, but they only made those special order nowadays, so there’s a wait for that. One of their favorites are their famous Hawaiian burgers with a slice of pineapple on them. Try them if you want a treat!

Very disappointed at my first trip here . Prices not bad ,workers polite . My bad rating is due to attention to detail. They forgot to give me mashed potatoes and the spaghetti. I didn’t notice this until I was too far away to return to the restaurant for correction. Workers seemed to be laughing and joking around they didn’t lay attention.

Regular chicken is awesome, tenders (3) are not worth the price. The inside for sitting down is relatively small. Store was relatively clean, and ordering and receiving took about 15 minutes.

Usually would give a 5 star , we love Jollibee , this visit took awhile , we did notice the posted signs apologizing that they are short staffed but that wasn’t the issue . The lady that is suppose to package your order for pickup was working slowly , no sense of urgency to give out the orders . Everyone was asking for their food that was sitting there on the counter getting cold . The food was cold and it just wasn’t a good visit or scene this time but we understand the shortage of staff .

The foods good, but the staff is pretty bad. Was waiting in line and it seemed to have only one register open with another staff member giving out the orders. A customer told pointed for me to go to the other register but I didn’t because it didn’t look like it was open. The other staff member (Melizza) than walks up to the register and rolls eyes and tells me to come over. After ordering I stepped off to the side to answer a phone call. When I went back I waited for my order to be called. There was an order on the counter but I didn’t want to assume that it was mine. So I waited for someone to ask whatbi was wiating for. The woman that took my order ( Melizza) was stocking ketchup and kept looking at me and when I would look back at her she would look away. Even the supervisor would turn his head from me after I tried waving him down. It wasn’t until I had to raise my voice and ask if it was my order that they acknowledged me. My order was all good but they gave the most minimal amount of gravy which was another disappointment. Maybe everyone was having a bad or something idk.
