Mitchells Making Memories
We ordered the 24$ special today. One was a philly cheesesteak pizza. That was a favorite pizza of ours. Well, we bit into it only to find that the sauce is now a ranch sauce. I was like, what is wrong with this pizza? It must be a mistake. So my husband called, and the worker told him that they now use ranch as the sauce. My husband stated that it tasted awful. The employee said, “we get that all the time now since we changed it to ranch, you are not the only one.” Well, this will be the last time we order again. No compensation at all. This pizza has the taste of what warmed up sour mayonnaise would taste like.

I placed a order today for delivery for the first time in a while. This papa johns co delivers with door dash to help us get our orders faster something that I did not know but the manager of papa johns very politely explained . Unfortunately the door dasher I was assigned was completely rude and did not give me my drink even though papa johns in fact did give it to her ( of course she didn’t get the tip to go with the attitude ) I called the manager and she was very helpful and even sent out a papa johns worker to bring my drink. I will definitely be ordering again but most likely carryout in the future haha.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Pizzas were cold. Half of the pizza that was supposed to have extra cheese, had no cheese. No care when theese pizzas were made it is apparent. Oh and it took 20 mins longer. Will not order here again.
