Checked the reviews before coming and saw the review of moldy noodles- disgusting yes, but the establishment replied with a sincere apology and stated steps were going to be taken to ensure it never happens again. Unfortunately, as soon as I got home and popped the lid off my to-go order, I found a black hair embedded in my food. $22 dollars spent and I only got to eat my side of green beans. If you’re going to state you’re taking action to make sure the food quality is satisfactory- do it! I trusted that response.

I ordered chicken teriyaki with noodles and double meat, however it came with plain rice instead of noodles. Good thing their food is so good it doesn’t matter, I definitely got double meat and it was awesome! Almost as good as Chinese take out…

Usually love this place even though it’s just comfort food, but this last trip there ended up with an uncomfortable reality of moldy noodles? I called to let them know and they are sending me a 20$ gift card in the mail after serving me moldy food. Not really all that pleased but the front desk staff was nice

I eat here a couple times a year. We ordered our meals to go. We both ordered Osaka chicken noodle bowls. We get home and as I started eating mine, it had a burnt taste to it, I compared my noodles to my husband’s, his were perfect, mine really dark. Even my chicken had a burnt taste to it. His bowl taste just like I remembered, my bowl was just plain gross. The lady taking our order even spelled my name wrong. She spelled Dawn, (Don.)

Waited for my food and watched front cashier fix her hair (long ) in the food prep area took out of ponytail and redo ponytail. While looking in refrigerator window to preen herself. Then server stood there ready to touch the food. I reminded her that once she touched face or hair she needed to go wash her hands and was very rudely responded to. – health inspector was informed of poor hygiene at the restaurant.
