So I guess your employees don’t know a thing. Called to ask a question about if your pizza contains sunflower oil or black pepper, as we have a family member with allergies and the employee said yes, that your pizza contains these two things. When I inquires to make sure it contain sunflower oil, he say yes again, but then he said they don’t make the sauce on the premises. So I asked if he was going to help me and he said the manager ans owner were not there. Then he said I could call back if I want in 10 min and he would try to check and see if it contained those ingredients.

If you want delivery, look somewhere else. We’ve ordered here 3 different times and Everytime there has been wrong orders or mistakes on our food. Close to good, but falls short as a traditional pizza delivery place. Our last order was not only incorrect, it wasn’t even cut . We called to let the staff they must have mixed our order. They offered to replace the pizza (very appreciative) but we’d have to wait another hour. That was 2 hours total for a hungry family. The wings are great, but we’ll be taking our delivery business elsewhere.

Foods not even warm. Thanks for nothing. Maybe hold off on cooking people’s orders if your delivery people will have an order in the car for over 30 minutes. You charge more for less quality. I won’t eat the soggy cold bread bites.

Pizza may be good but delivery experience was horrible. Waited an hour before contacting the store to check on my food, was told then it was just going in the oven they were behind. Ok, fine that happens. Had strict delivery instructions to call/text on delivery as I wouldn’t hear a door knock. Decide to go check 30 minutes later after not hearing from a driver to find my food sitting outside cold.

My company decided to feed our employees at the last minute. I placed a $300 order shortly after opening and they were great about it. Pleasant while taking the order. Gave me a 30 minute window and they were right on time. And there were zero mistakes in my order. Their staffer offered to load my car without hesitation. The customer service was very much appreciated! Thank you from the Wellington Giant Staff!!

Barely any cheese on one pizza and the other was burned. The guy making the pizzas when I entered was not even wearing a mask. We were scared to even eat the food and threw away an entire pizza leftover. Unfortunately right now isn’t the time to be selfish just because a mask is annoying. Be extremely cautious of ordering from here if you are worried about COVID-19.

The pizza here is the best! Better than Dominos, Paisanos, Papa Johns, etc. I recommend you DONT order as soon as they open because you will most likely be eating left overs from the night before. I usually order in the afternoon and its always nice and freshly cooked. However, I recently made the mistake of ordering as soon as they opened and its fair to say I had the pizza left over from the night before.
