I just had the worst experience at this Subway. A worker Jen was helping my son and I. She was so rude and acted like she hated her job and the customers. This place has a metal shield so you can’t tell if the meat is fresh and what they are putting on the sandwich (she hardly put any meat on the three sandwiches). She commented that she likes it this way because customers complain too much. I told her this is one of the reasons I go to subway is to see how my sandwich is being made. She started a full fledged argument telling me that she can have her own opinion and if I don’t like it she doesn’t have to serve me. As we moved down the line I saw how old all the veggies were and mixed with other vegetables, some almost empty and looked like it wasn’t cleaned or restocked all day. The sandwiches were all over the place in the bag because they were not wrapped securely. There was no other customers in the restaurant at this time for her claim she was busy. The CEO needs to shut this location down or get better management to get these issues corrected. Is this a way to keep customers out of your store so you don’t have to work? Why are Subway workers so rude these days? It’s horrible that owners aren’t cracking down on the employees behavior on being more respectful towards customers. I was on my way home and this subway was the closest by. It’s a shame you have to go to different restaurants, picking and choosing to get treated good. I told her I will be writing this review she said be sure to get the name right.

I placed an online order 32 min in advanced. I did come early about 10 minutes and didn’t expect it to be ready. However, tell me why they were making customers sandwiches that walked in after me and now I didn’t get my order until almost 10 minutes AFTER my online time. Not a way to treat your customers.

Worst customer service ever! Walk in and get greater with a total attitude. No other customers in store. Waited about 8 minutes to acknowledge. Just so rude. Also did a door dash last week. Received the wrong order. Door dash driver was great. Said she arrived and was handed the order out the door. Travis said they were closed but it was 7pm. She told him the order was the wrong name. He said…no it’s not ..and shut the door. I called after getting the incorrect order and after speaking to door dash. I just simply wanted to come pick up the correct order as it was for my daughter and cost 17.00 on door dash. Travis said. Call door dash nothing I can do…and hung up. Please just shut down already. Terrible!

Placed an online order for 7:45 arrived at the store at that time. There were pieces of paper taped to the door saying closed at 7:30. Although there were 2 customers in the store eating. There were 3 customers waiting outside in the cold myself included. No information on how to get our money back. He turned off the lights and was yelling he was going to call the cops. So instead we called the cops due to all of us being confused as to how to get our money back. Cops arrived and he would not open the door. After finally complying with Ravenna PD, he opened the door and threw a pity party on how he was overwhelmed. If that’s the case maybe find a new career one that’s more comfortable. UNEMPLOYMENT!

Worst service ever. I ordered online and still waited over an hour while they made everyone else’s food including other online orders that came in after me. The employees were arguing with one another and were very inappropriate in front of customers. The male employee bent over and his entire a** was hanging out. Again avoid this location go down the street to the other one.

Very disappointed with the “service” at this location. It is Sunday July 26, I came into your store at 12:35 today. As I entered I was informed by Emma that I would not be served without wearing a mask. I kindly and politely informed her that I did not have to wear one and I also did not have to disclose my reasons for not doing so. HIPAA privacy laws protect individuals personal information. I was then told by Emma (with emphasized attitude) I would have to wait 15-20 minutes to be served because all online orders must be completed before people in the store are served. I peered over the counter and noticed 2 order tickets for a grand total of 3 sandwiches 2 of which were already almost finished and there were no other customers in the store. So being the patient individual that I am I stood there and waited, it took about three minutes for a few other people to enter the store and lineup behind me at which point the online order prep was paused and I was served immediately. Upon arriving home and opening up my sandwich I realized they had given me the stale bread from yesterday. I ate it anyway because I worked on a hot roof all day and was starving but I was not happy.

I worked at subway for 4 years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I placed an online order to pick up at 7:45 and we paid on the app as well. We got there and the doors were locked with a piece of paper on the door that said “closing at 7:30” but there were still people eating inside the store. There were 3 other people standing outside that had ordered through the app also and the worker would not unlock the door and let us inside, instead he turned off the lights and proceeded to say he was going to call the cops. The guy standing outside with us ended up calling the cops and explained that we ordered and paid for food and we would like an explanation as to why our food isn’t being prepared and why we aren’t receiving a refund. The worker wouldn’t even open the door for the cops until they made him. We found out the workers name was Travis and I will be calling corporate as well about this issue. This is unacceptable and very poor management.

Only one staff member, so it was very slow. Ordered 3 subs, one the bread was hard as a rock. Had a maintenance person there that started changing out dirty filters in the ceiling, which honestly could have waited till people had their orders and food was covered.

Assistant manager was great. Drawer had short in the wire. So he want sure what to do. I stayed to help because i know attitudes of hungry inconsiderate customers we got it running. His manager didn’t answer which is unprofessial. He worked through it and thanked me for the help and not getting angry about issue. Very nice guy. But hopefully manager gets technical wire shorty in drawer fixed so his workers don’t have to stress and become computer techs along with sub specialist. I blame the manager for the issues. And not being on call for major issues that shouldn’t Jason yup employees anyway! Assistant should be trained for a promotion in my opinion! Or at least a raise.
