I’m very frustrated with this Red Robin location. I’ve been to others that are great. Burgers used to be served in a wrapper and paper towels readily available for less mess. Don’t even get that anymore. My burger was average and only a little warm. I ordered an iced tea that came with no ice and was room temperature, tasted bad. The service wasn’t great either. Our server hardly existed and there was no way to get to her or call her when I had trouble paying the bill. Had to wait a while for her to come around. Felt very unattentive. Even though I used to come a lot in the past, this place has gone downhill and I probably won’t be returning anymore.

This location is filthy. The floors hadn’t been swept. We were sat in a booth by the window looking out to the mall. The glass was covered in fingerprints and smudges. The window sill itself was filthy. I had to wipe my seat just to sit down. The tables felt sticky. We accidentally spilled a lemonade so they moved us to the next booth. Just as dirty. Then I watched them come wipe up lemonade with just a napkin and I understood why the tables were sticky. Nothing was actually sprayed clean. I watched the waitress (not even a busser) come clear two tables next to me and they were just wiped down with a napkin too. My table had no salt but two ketchups. Two of us ordered burgers. They were so burnt that they tasted charred (ordered medium). The plus side was my son loved his wings and fries. We also had the bacon cheese dip for our fries which was really tasty.

Went for dinner with friends on a Friday night, and we were seated right away, which was great. The appetizers were tasty, however we were disappointed when 3/4 burger orders weren’t cooked to the correct temperature. The replacement burgers were then an overcorrection and cooked very well. We assumed this was due to new, inexperienced hires. We’re willing to try again!

Service was extremely slow. One of the entrees was wrong but with how long it took we just ate it. Water was disgusting the only way to describe it was it tasted like bathroom water. People who get it will understand what I mean. We saw lots of staff but noone was moving to get things done.

Ok. The burger was good. I ordered onion rings and a side of cole slaw. Thr cole.slaw wasn’t fit.to.feed to a pig. It was down right nasty. I gave it back to the server and a female manager bought me out a secomd serving, her words were ( I didn’t put as much dressing mix in this bowl) ok I knoe she was full of shlt because they male slaw up in big batches. The second bowl was just as nasty as the first. 100% wrong for her lying like that. Never offered to.take it off my bill or nothing. This was the Red Robins in the Rockaway Town Square Mall.

RedRobin has never disappointed. Consistent through all of the restaurants I’ve been to, this one is no exception. I have tried most of their burgers and chicken sandwiches and they are always fresh. On this visit, the burger was cooked medium well and the flavors delicious. Prompt service and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was too small for me
