We ordered a 12 piece bucket meal. Mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, mac and cheese. We received 11 piece with no breast. The chicken was not of decent quality. There was no gravy. We live 40 miles away and did not open the bag until we reached home. To say the least I was Very Disappointed.

Wanted a refund after waiting 40 minutes.. People who ordered after me were getting their orders. Then when they were confused I tried explaining what was ordered then they would get upset saying how many orders they have ahead of mine. They were yelling at each other and making remarks in front of the costumers. My friends order was confused with someone elses who was waiting. The so called manager was giving personal excuses about having surgery. I really don’t understand how this place stays open. I asked for some salt and pepper to prepare for my meal. and the worker handed me a ridiculous overflowing handful of packets … Really??

This KFC is the biggest embarrassment. We have been here 3 times and 2/3 times they were out of chicken during dinner time and this third time, absolute joke. They forgot half my order and the chicken that my daughter got was full of tiny spines. Disgusting. I’m done with this KFC and will never give them another chance. Somebody from management needs to check on this place because they are an absolute embarrassment to the food industry. They are lucky I didn’t take time to take some pictures of the chicken….

Stopped by KFC tonight for dinner. Ordered a $20 fill-up. The chicken that was served was dry and clearly old. There was no meat on 2 of the legs, almost as if someone ate them already. So disappointing. We won’t be back.
