Good service and food. Only negative is they don’t prioritize online orders. Online gave a time 30min ahead to pick up. Still had to wait 15min. Not gonna knock rating for this but be mindful. May just be faster to go and get in line to order here.

Horrible customer service! Last two times we’ve ordered, they told us 20 minutes until our order was ready. First time, I get to store and they ignored me for 10 minutes, and when they did finally acknowledge me, my order wasn’t even ready so I ended up waiting another 20 minutes in the store! Second time they actually gave one of my subs to someone else because they forgot their order and just looked at me like it wasn’t a big thing and said they’d remake mine right away. Despite that we tried again today. Called and they asked me to hold and so when my husband arrived 10 minutes later to get the food, not only was it not prepared but it wasn’t even ordered because I was still on hold! They never came back to the phone! Worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to out of 3 states! This was our last time going here. There’s a Submarina and Subway same distance away so I guess we’re going back to them when we want subs.
