Ended up here for my fiancé who was feeling hungry. I was at Navy Federal, I suggested 5 Guys, she’s extremely picky I mean “extremely” especially trying anything new but I was able to convince her and she really enjoyed it. I’ve eaten at Five Guys plenty of times before (15-20 times) and I’ve never had this poor of an experience. I used Uber Eats to order from the Five Guys location on 4698 Gardens Park Blvd. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but the food that came was absolutely gross. The burgers looked awful and smelled even worse. The fries were drooping all over based on how soggy they looked. The entire meal was terrible. Save your time and money and just order food from somewhere else or just cook some food yourself!

Cheeseburger quality is not much different than Wendy’s TBH, and the chocolate milkshake was far too sweet. There is a happy place with a chocolate milkshake – too little sugar and it tastes bland. Too much and it’s like drinking molasses. I will say that the fries are pretty good. Service was very slow given that we were the only people in the restaurant at 5pm on a Friday
