I ordered a Cobb salad and this ain’t it!!! Was told receipt was in bag and wasn’t …who wants chunks of blue cheese in a COBBBB SALAD!!!!! Can’t return cause guess what?!!! NO FREAKIN RECEIPT!!!! This location gets sorry by the week and I just started back going to this location cause of the guess what ?!! COBBBB FREAKN SALAD & how neat it was made instead of thrown in a container without a care like this salad below !!!!

Just left Wendy’s in Garner on timber drive very upset. The service was just terrible. The girl at the register was very rude when we tried to order a biggie bag meal. She turned her nose up at us and told us her manager said we’re not doing any biggie bag meals and we are only doing numbers. The service was so bad, I just turned around and left. This is not the first time we have had bad service at this location. I think this location may need new management to give better customer service.

Ordered a number 11 and when I got home (6mins later, live near Lowe’s/aldi) realized the food was cold and funky. Like they made it 3 hours earlier and someone didn’t get and they gave it too me. If you value your life, don’t eat here. I don’t even want my money back. Beyond disgusted.

I got a to go order and 1 of the 4 things I got was a kids 4pc chicken nugget meal. NEVER did I say I wanted them spicy. I get home and as my son took his first bite he immediately nearly threw up. The kids chicken nuggets were spicy! Doesn’t make sense. Workers need to pay more attention to the order.

The staff is very rude. No greeting, no interaction, no ‘thank you’, no ‘have a nice day’.. no nothing! Lady that took my order was on her cell phone literally having a whole conversation bringing my food to me. Fries were so cold I didn’t even eat them. What happened to always fresh and hot fries?! Then, having to backup in drive thru to tell them my order was wrong. Because I ordered a Double burger but was given a single. Some guy from the grill (im assuming) took my bag, put his hand in it to get the burger that was wrong and tried to give me the bag back like i wanted those fries after he put his hand in the bag. Who does that!! I asked could i get some more fries! Got that taken care of but fries were cold and items were on the burger that I asked to be removed. Its crazy because even after remaking the order, the fries were still cold! Overall experience was a total mess. But, hopefully this reaches the Store Manager because it is ridiculous.

Quality and service has suffered over the years, burger in the past were juicy and hot, now they are dry and overcooked. Taste as if burger was waiting on customer, not customer waiting on burger. But with that said still is a better product that Microwave King. Where no burger come off the broiler fresh, must melt cheese with microwave before serving.

Waited 15 minutes for a biscuit and then it was wrong. Waited another 15 minutes to get my order right. We were the only customers in the restaurant. Terrible service and cold food. I will never go back to this Wendy’s.

Was going to give two stars based on initial issue of doors to dining area being locked and rude drive-thru operator who condescendingly reassured me the they were open when I said the door was locked. Waited with 3 other people (one who wanted to complain about an inaccurate order) until an employee finally pushed the door open and walked away. The door of course, locked behind me when it closed. Ok…two stars but…they screwed up my order too. The receipt (it was a carry out app order) was correct, the toppings were wrong. Definitely a one star experience. Burger wasn’t too bad except for the toppings I did not order. This was at approximately 11:55 AM, 30MAR2023, should anyone in management wish to follow up with this location.

Water on the floor. Mentioned it and nothing was done about it. Cashier did not listen and messed order up. The food was sloppily cooked and put together. Now know why we were the only ones in there. Will never go back again.
