I don’t know if the barista was in a bad mood or just doesn’t like her job… asked for the same beverage we always order. Comes out with a flat top jammed on it dripping everywhere. Proceed to ask for a curved top and she makes a comment in a snooty tone about how they don’t usually make our drink that way. Sorry were asking you to do your job… oh and thanks for blending our drink so well.

Showed up tonight Friday Oct 22 at 6:35pm and drive thru was closed so we pulled around and doors are locked. Peoe are in the store but you can’t get in. Web site shows open till 7:00 pm. I guess that’s not true. Had to fi d a different one with just a few minutes before they closed and now we might be late to our 7 pm appointment

I enjoyed my grande Java chip. The customer service was expedient today. I got plenty of whip cream to top my order. The plexiglass baricades were intrusively placed, and it really limited shelf space for the other items I was purchasing from the store today.

Was inside a Safeway and I thought it wouldn’t be as busy, due to the other people in line and waiting, had to find a seat or place to wait that was out of the customer that had done shopping and leaving. Otherwise, awesome service.

Usually good. Water issues in town caused them to stop making all products and only selling canned drinks. They sometimes forget the whip cream when asked.
