Polite guy took my order but when I opened my food it was HORRIBLE! The chalupas were soggy, the tacos were soft and torn, the beans were burned, the cheese was lukewarm and the chips were stale. Literally nothing was edible. $19.30 just went into the trash can. Worst food ever!

Probably some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. The employees seemed bothered that I interrupted their play time to order. Took forever to get my order with a clear drive through and no one in the dining room but a man who waited well over 5min for someone to even acknowledge him. And please teach your staff food safety and cross contamination….. CHANGE YOUR GLOVES.

I’m a vegetarian and they gave me a chicken burrito. They tried to tell me I ordered a chicken salsa verde, which was one of the items ordered, but I also ordered a cheese bean and rice burrito. This is the third time we had an incident at this store. It is understandable if they’re busy but there weren’t that many people in there. The manager was very rude and did not even apologize. The tortilla was hard when I ate it. This store has went downhill since this manager took over.

This location suuuuucks!! If the don’t mess up an item they forget it. I’ve never gotten a crunchy taco that’s not in a million pieces. Today I asked them to put my Mexican pizza and quesadilla in a separate bag, which they totally ignored, when I mentioned it at the window she was like well I can give you another bag… thats great but it’s already crushed so what’s the point? The girl at the drive thru has insanely long acrylic nails which is a no no in food service and just kinda gross tbh… go to a diffrent location if you can because no one here cares about anything least of all the customer, boo taco bell league line you’re terrible and lazy
