Wow. I was stuck in Terra Bella and decided to have lunch. Not many choices here, lol. I am not a taco kinda gal, but me and my son ordered the quesabirria ( ?) tacos, and I have never had this kind of taco before, but there is some magic happening here. My mouth still burns , in a very good way, 12 hours later. Delicious. I want more. Great service as well. Will return! I especially appreciate the cute vintage plates that the tacos were served on, after we ordered the wrong thing………………and they offered to make new tacos. Bliss. Blame it in us being gringos. Good food here!

Everything was very flavorful and authentic, The Berria was delicious, juicy, and tender. I recommend the birria quesadilla, the cheese complimented the meat perfectly and the tortillas are homemade. I’d be careful with the salsa on the tacos because although delicious can be very spicy accumulated so maybe ask for it on the side.

The customer service was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the food was not good. It’s authentic but has no flavor (sason). I ordered mole and it was watered down as well as their aguas frescas. Their beans and rice can use an improvement. They do provide you with handmade tortillas which are very good. Overall don’t come.

Best place to get beef quesabirria tacos in Terra Bella. The tortillas and consome are homemade. The consome on its own is Soo good and it goes really well with the quesabirria. The staff is very friendly and patient with their customers. I will definitely be coming back.
