Delicious! This is the biggest chicken breast I’ve ever seen on a fast food chicken sandwich. It was delicious, crispy, and spicy. The fries are the best in the fast food business. The pickles were huge and fresh. One of the better chicken sandwiches I’ve had. I’m very impressed.

I had a pleasant experience here. Nice, new building. The cashier was new but the lady who helped her was pleasant and friendly. We had to wait on fresh chicken but nothing wrong with that since we ate inside. The chicken was kinda hard but ok. My boberry biscuit was so good, sweet & fresh.

Went through the drive thru…ordered a 12 piece meal, asked if we could get that with legs and thighs only was told that was ok. After we were given the price we realized they were only giving us the 8 piece, we decided to just go with it, too much trouble to change it. Anyway after getting home we realized we not only didn’t get legs and things but were given 7 breasts and one small thigh and no biscuits!! So our $31 dinner was barely eaten as I won’t eat breasts. Horrible service

Check your order before you leave! A month ago, I bought a family big box dinner and we were missing 2 of the 3 sides ordered. Was told they wrote my name down on paper and to let them know next time I ordered from them. There was no paper and I am out the $10 cost of the sides individually. This will be last time I get anything from this location! Again, check your order!

Let’s be real, food is what you expect for this chain. What I didn’t expect was, wife’s sandwich was partially wrapped and tossed into a bag…so I guess this is some new assembly required menu item? My chicken meal was covered in pinto bean sauce as soon as I opened it at window. A few minutes later, I won the treasure hunt and found the lucky hidden hair in my mac-n-cheese. Go somewhere else.

The food was good but the service and staff needs to be corrected. Two waiting on you and three or four just walking around in the back. The lady running the drive thru started working on my order. Then one of them in the back got an attitude and told her should we complete it. So management needs to have a talk with them or they not going to be in business long. This is a new store and you would think the people in the back preparing the food would be doing better. The store is open and so you can see what is happening in the cooking area. Corrective Action Needed. So if you stop be ready to wait.

My boyfriend and I came in at 7:30 and stood up front for 5mins until someone who was actually the manger came to take our order. She was very rude and short with us. We then had to wait for another 10-15 mins just for our food when someone came in after us was in and out in less than 5. I asked for a lid for my drink since there wasn’t any in the lobby and the manger checked instead of just getting one. I also asked for BBQ sauce since I wasn’t asked about what sauce I wanted originally and got told I didn’t ask for it and that it would be extra for it. When I got home one of my orders is missing a supreme and both of our fries are cold! As someone who used to work in fast food and at a Bojangles it makes no sense on why anyone should have such a bad experience.

Horrible service they need to fire their employees and get new ones. I went through the drive thru slow . Took forever to get my order right and I had upgraded my combs to bo size I only received one in bo size. When I got home and realized I went back but it was POINTLESS! I walked in there 2 employee looked at me came like 10 minutes later. 1 came to see what I needed because the line kept growing inside. While the whole drive was also lined up with cars outside. The employee were there in the kitchen talking more than work ridiculous. I left because she refused to give me the bo sized fries even thought that’s what I was charged for and with her attitude I knew I wasn’t going to go nowhere. Waste on my time talking to her. Need new management I was so excited when I realized we had gotten a bojangles in woodruff Never going back!!! Those employees don’t know what they’re doing in there.I’m stick to McDonald’s they got better deals anyways…

I don’t know if it was the oil or something in the store itself. The biscuit and the chicken filet tasted burnt even though they weren’t. The employees were great through the drive thru. I will not be visiting this store again, because of the quality of product.

I got the eight-piece chicken family dinner. I’ve never got biscuits like this before at Bojangles. The biscuits were dried up. The chicken was little bitty pieces with big bunch of crunch on it. The Cajun pintos was good and slaw was good. I’d like to have my money back it cost me $30 almost.
