Ordered two separate pizzas and both of them were horrible the cheese wasn’t melted the toppings was not done…they also didn’t give me the extra garlic sauce I paid for…I called to advise manager and he said it’s nothing he could do because the oven is preset and it has to be done…I’m a pizza counesouer and I definitely know if my pizza isn’t prepared properly…complete waste of money gas and time!!!!

I have been going to this Papa Johns for years. I ordered online 1/28/2023. Once I got my confirmation I went to the store to pick up my order. I walked the music was blasting, no big deal it was late I get that. One employee walked by me and didn’t acknowledge me standing there, while a female employee, with me in plain sight prepare her order for delivery looked at me and didn’t say anything, while the young man with his back turned to me never turned around and continued looking down at I am thinking his phone . After standing there for 4 Minutes I left. Not once did I get a call to ask if my order was going to be picked up. Now this is actually after in October 2022 a door dash driver dropped my wings and when I called the store was told I had to call customer service to get my money back. I called customer service at least 3 times with the promise to have someone contact me, 3 months later no contact. I don’t usually take the time to do this, but it needed to be done. I placed my order through the mobile app. My pizza was ready as quoted. I walked in to pick up my pizza and they were slammed. The person upfront was very friendly and did an amazing job assisting the clients quickly and friendly as possible. The people in the back were also busy preparing the food and worked great as team. Ordered second time and I’ve come to conclusion, they don’t make it like New Dorkers do. Still good, just smaller pizza with thicker crust and hardly cooked pepperoni and some of the thicker crust area hardly cooked dough. Maybe Papa John’s corporation can send shoo owners up to Patchogue Rt 112 shop to learn how to make it better and they can come back and teach employees.

Scheduled a delivery for 6pm (I put the order in at 2pm, so they have known about this upcoming delivery for 4 hours) called at 6:30pm and with no sign of pizza i decide to call, they say the driver will be at my location “any minute” it is now 7pm, an hour past the time scheduled for delivery and still no sign of pizza. I wouldn’t even give 1 star . BEWARE !! papa John is over charging for orders placed online . If your total is over what the special is , and it doesn’t register to you at first, they WILL NOT make it right. They will NOT give you the money they owe you back!! And 4.00$ for a delivery fee is expensive. PAPA JOHNS IS A RIP OFF!!! I ordered I special online. Stuffed crust pizza with garlic knots. Supposed to be 16.00. They charged 23.00$.and I ordered a 7.00$ pizzaone my total bill ended up being 36.00. Including a 3.00 tip. Now, if you add 16, 7, and 3, that doesn’t equal 36.00.when I called to talk to the manager, he said nothing I can do. So, you better watch your wallet . Now we know how papa John’s actually get all that money, taking from their customers. I think the better business needs to take a look at them.
