When I visit the Placerville area, this is my favorite coffee shop to go too. Folks are always delightful to interact with and the coffee is always done right. A big plus is the cinnamon rolls. Very tasty.

This is a very busy popular place but surprisingly good pastries. I’ve tried to cookies, the brownies, and some of their specialty pastries and all of them have been very good. The staff is very friendly and it seems clean. I would definitely recommend it.

Stumbled upon this place as we were dinning near by and decided to check it out. Glad we’re did it as it’s such a cute little spot. Really like the fact that’s there cannolis are filled to order. That means it’s going to have a crunchy shell! It’s great that’s very light- not over loaned either sugar like many stores normally do. Another plus is the muffins! Also recommend to come early if you want options for their pastries as but 2:30 PM most pastries were gone.

I had to pop in here and rave about the quality of food here! Even though it’s a coffee shop, the food and pastries are fantastic! One sweet snack in particular Cloud 9 is like NOTHING I have ever tasted before. Be careful with this one. May cause addiction!

Watermelon Italian soda tasted (and looked) odd and poorly prepared..despite the price. It was dumped out. They have a cute atmosphere, though. I’ll have to get some of the other menu items a chance.

These guys need to expand. Love birds is better than Starbucks and any other coffee place I’ve been to. The coffee is strong and fresh every single time. I’ve been there so many times and they have never messed up an order. I highly recommend going there…we often back- track to Diamond Springs just to get our Love coffee before we head down the hill. I’d rather go there than Starbucks.
