So I ordered once 2 weeks ago and they gave me the wrong order.. Once I got home a realized it was a buffalo cheesesteak instead of a buffalo chx cheesesteak I called them. Instead of offering to delliver it ( that would be excellent customer service or at least say they would but they were to busy would have been understandabel) I had to drive back out to pick it up while the other food got cold.

The lady who attended me was super nice and all, but… The place is totally FILTHY. Just go there and see how everything is not cleaned from the front and gets worse if you look in the back where all the food and workers are, there’s ingredients all over the floor (like a lot, even if they’re not in a rush hour and don’t have much work, so it’s not like they don’t have time to clean) and it doesn’t seems to be too clean anywhere in there. It makes you wonder about the food too. So far it tastes good, but… The area where this food was storaged and prepared was clean or it was like the whole restaurant?

I’ve been ordering from here for several years. IMHO the best thing they do is salads. A typical large can serve 2 people and if you add grilled chicken, there is a nice portion. The panini are good too. Skip everything else.

Very limited seating (1 table). However while waiting for my food I was watching all of the other food being made and it looked absolutely delicious. Great portion sizes! Containers were overflowing, sandwiches were stacked. Love their tuna subs with everything on it. Delicious.

Towards the middle of my meal I noticed that pieces of the chicken weren’t cooked all the way through, and were slightly pink. I got bad stomach cramps the entire night. I still feel queasy. Please see attached photos.

I used to order from here all the time. I have never had pizza this bad in my life. The whole pie seemed stale, the crust was hard, by hard I don’t mean just over cooked I mean stale and overcooked. Could break a tooth trying to bite it. Not sure what happened… but I am a pizza lover and by far have never had anything like this in my life.

I purchased meals from here the day before yesterday, and the experience was quite unpleasant. The service was terrible, and the staff who worked here were really rude to me. Second, the bag was sloppy and drenched with sauces and oil when I picked up the food. The food was really chilly when I brought it out, and the chicken sandwich was virtually raw and tasteless. My great grandmother’s ashes were the only seasonings used, which explains how dry it is. As I chewed into this abomination of a sandwich, I felt like I was trekking across the Sahara Desert. My Coke had breadcrumbs and hair in it, and my stomach has been suffering since I drank it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DIE FROM FOOD POISONING

I don’t usually take it to the extent of reviewing a place like this. Let’s just say it’s gone down hill. I ordered a panini and calamari. Both… horrible to the point where I stopped eating it and threw it out!! My family’s ordered here every now and then and have been more and more disappointed each time they’ve done so. At this point I don’t even think the place is worth a try.

I ordered a toasted turkey sub and they thought by over toasting my sub they can hide their week old bread taste this bread must have been at least five days old. This place is disgusting can’t believe their employees would even serve that to anybody. I will never order from here again.
