They continue to get your order wrong and act like it’s your fault….. Resorts back to management. It’s poor… Especially Carlton. He’s a threat to the franchisee. Maybe next time I’ll just bite into it and sue the piss out of you. I shouldn’t have to check my food every single time I go in there when the receipt clearly states what I ordered.

I have gone to this burger king drive thru several times. Last night will be my last. The previous three trips I ask for extra onion. Got them once. So I mention that in a polite way. When I got my order the cook came to the window and gave me a look. He had piled so many onions on my hamburger it was ridiculous. Help is hard to fine now I understand that. But training the help to be business like employee is a win win for the company and customer.

First off we waited 7 minutes for someone to come to the window and they looked like they just rolled out of bed like literally. Got home the sprite was flat. The Original Italian Chicken sandwich barely had any sauce. The fries had been reheated. The Whopper was not fresh. Probably pulled the pickle and onion off and rewrapped it. For the amount of time we waited the food should of been really good and it was terrible.

The positive is the food was good. I ordered a mobile order 15 minutes prior to arrival. We entered the drive through with 3 people that were waiting in line past the ordering speaker. We pulled up to the speaker and waited around 7-10 minutes before we were greeted with “what do you want” we informed them we had a mobile order and were told to pull forward. At this point none of the other 3 vehicles have been served there food. When we got to the window after another 10 minute wait we were prompted to pay even though we had paid on the app which is not a big deal just a communication error so wasn’t a big deal. Then we were asked what we had ordered for the mobile order and after another 5 minutes our food was ready. I understand being busy and short staffed but if at any time someone had just come on the speaker and said thank you for your patience and explained the situation I would have been fine. Waiting at the speaker box for 10 minutes with no communication simply shouldn’t happen.

Simple order of one large diet coke and one medium frozen coke. Drive thru took FOREVER and when we finally got to the window they had a cherry coke and a regular coke, not what i ordered so told them again what my order was and they still didnt get it right like its not hard just 2 drinks glad I didnt order food or that would have been wrong too. Listen to your customers when they speak and repeat their order back this aint rocket science get it together in there!

The food here isn’t the problem. The problem is there are never enough employees working, and the ones they hire aren’t there for long. Pay your employees enough for it to be worthwhile to work there. The drive thru wait time is horrific. As is, I don’t see this location lasting long.
