First I want to say I’ve been a long time customer at the mount Clemens location, but today was the last time I’m going there. They gave me a hard time honoring the 23.99 coupon for pizza and wings that I had just printed off online thirty minutes before going there. Granted they finally did, but did give me a hard time. They should update their website before raising prices. When I got home the pizza was ice cold and the wings were horrible! I’ve been getting the wings there for years and they were never like I got today. Bad enough they raised the prices, but the wings got really small. I was suppose to get eight but only got six and they were smaller than a chicken nugget. Very sad that this place is going down hill. I’ll drive a little further down the road and go to Marcos. You can see in the picture one wing was about the size of a dime. Use to be my favorite place for pizza.

Few years back the pizza was cooked right ✅ and was probably the best. The last 6 months stopping once a week or so its been so doughy that it was almost raw. I hope it it can get back to normal.

Ok….honestly, I would have given 5 stars instead of 4. But, one of the pizzas I ordered was a pepperoni and cheese. Now, in all fairness…the pizza tastes wonderful. But that one pizza…all the pepperoni seemed to be all on one side leaving like 4 pepperoni on 1/2 of it…while the other side had it all.

The past 2 times I’ve ordered from here, my order isn’t ready! The sauce on the pizza and for the breadsticks is watered down!! Even the ranch is watered down! The pizza crust is very dry like they don’t use oil in the pan. Very disappointing. Especially, the price! $25 for a specialty large pizza!

I ordered a pizza from Sam Sorrento’s in Mt Clemens MI for lunch. Because the place I usually order from wasn’t open yet. It was over cooked, doughy, and you couldn’t taste the sauce if there was any. We were very disappointed!! If we ever have to order from a different place because our usual place isn’t open yet, it won’t be Sam Sorrento’s, that’s for sure.

This is the best pizza in the area next to The Engine house. The dining room is nice but a little small which is ok being that most people dont order to eat here. It is very popular and they do deliver. The staff is made up mostly of teenagers and they’re not bad. I’ve never seen one on the phone and they’re usually pretty attentive. They have a restroom for pay customers but I’ve only been in there 1 time and dont remember it so it couldn’t have been too bad. Over all I give the cleanliness a 8 out of 10. The time to make the pizza is good. The quality is good as well. Yes, even for teenagers. I’ve worked in a few pizza chains and have been a shift leader in one and I would be happy with this store if they were under my belt. The prices are a little high but so is the quality.

Came highly recommend but really disappointed. The pizza, parts of it had no cheese, the end pieces were all bread no sauce, almost no toppings and it was WAY smaller than what i figured a $20 large pizza would be. The salad we ordered had the but ends of the lettuce thrown in there.
