We all know this store isn’t the best. Long line, constantly getting wrong items, ect. 2 hours before close they were out of types of chicken and then gave us older chicken that should’ve been tossed (my husband has worked there in the past so he knows) and treated us like we were the a-holes. The price of the 8pc bucket meal has increased by nearly 50% in the past 2 years. Not worth your time or money.

Doordashed this order from work seeing as I’m not allowed to leave my job to get food. Fries were soggy, soda was nearly flat, never got the KFC sauce so no way to eat the chicken because who wants to eat it plain??? I call to let them know about it and I get “well I didnt make that order so”. So much attitude when I was just callin to say yall better check on your workers cuz they dropped the ball and now im out 20 somethin dollars for food I cant even enjoy. Pathetic.

Typical visit even when business is slow: Stand alone at counter. Staff/management sees you and ignores you for five minutes. Order simple box combo. 10-12 minutes later food appears but no one announces your number, so hopefully you’re paying attention. Food is not in box, nacho taco not in sleeve, dining room and drink area a mess.

This place is laughable it’s so bad. I tried to order an 8 piece chicken and 8 piece tenders meal- I wasn’t even done with my sentence and she interrupted me. I told her I’ve gotten it before and it showed online that it was something they have. She said no we don’t have that here. I pulled around and parked – ordered it online and went in and picked it up. They are so incompetent.

I dont know why i even went back here! I will never return. Eveytime i go there the service is ridiculously slow. Every car in the drive through averages 5-7 minutes. Last time i went they were out of breast. This time they waited until i got up to window to tell me they have no chicken for the famous bowls Hello!!! Your a freakin chicken restraunt!! Lifes too short to wait in KFC’s drive thru for 30 minutes

This is honestly the worst kfc/tacobell. We have come here time and time again and not a single time have they got the order right. You sit in the drive through line for 45 minutes no joke just to have your order wrong we just spent $50 on food and it’s wrong AGAIN.

Drive thru takes way too long every time I use it. Sometimes 10 minutes or more. Might just forget it next time. Not worth it if you want fast food that’s actually fast. The Taco Bell is always good though. Not sure if it’s worth the wait.
