The food was not fresh. I ordered two meals, one fried pork with plantains, one fried turkey with plantains, and a side of rice and peas. The fried pork was tasteless and extra crispy as if it’s been through the grease more than once the plantains were hard no salt. The fried turkey was hard, bland, and oily as if it’s been through the oil multiple times. I was very disappointed with the food. The rice was hard. It looks like they have a problem with SEASON. Both foods went to waste.

I love Malaika!! They always take care of me!! They are so friendly!! I ordered their goat, and one of their natural homemade juices!! It’s always worth going to Malaika!! Their food, and their service always makes me happy!! Hands down one of the best Haitian restaurants on the Treasure Coast!!

Went for lunch today. I had the legume, and my dining companion had the chicken. The staff was friendly, and we got a lot of food for the money. I asked for the pikliz at least three times, but I never got any. This was disappointing, because I really like pikliz. I suppose if I had ordered the griot, it just would have come as part of the meal. I made it clear I would have paid extra, but alas, no pikliz for me. I gave this four stars because the food we did get was really good. To be honest, we could have made two meals out of each serving. Next time I go, I’ll definitely order the griot just so I can try the pikliz. You definitely will not leave here hungry, and the food quality was on point.

Delicious! We got the griot with rice and beans, plantains and salad. Everything was delicious! The place is very dark and dingy, so I can’t imagine eating there but I took it to go so is fine.

It was good food it was in Port St Lucie and there’s not a lot of many Haitian restaurants in Port St Lucie so I was grateful that I found one my daughter’s love it and I want to try a different dish next time I go but I always go with the fried pork it never fails me and it’s a great way to balance and test the restaurant give it a shot if you’re in Port St Lucie you’ll enjoy it

So sorry to give this review because the lady working inside was nice BUT I paid almost $35 for 2 meals only to come home and throw it all away. Nothing was good. My family was even like “what is this”. I usually go to Carribean Flavors, I hate that I wasted my money here.
