This DQ has the worst customer service, The employee overcharged me for a meal addition. My food was cold and the wait time for receiving my order was extremely long. When I called back repeatedly to report the error the phone was out of service. When I returned to request a refund the manager/owner refused. Advised he could only return food orders. The manager was extremely rude. Will not return to this establishment.

Probably the best fast food in terms of quality and freshness. Even Chick-fil-A fails on that front with their breakfast food and biscuits. Not to mention they have the best deserts out if all fast food. Sure, it has it’s flaws with the drive thru not exactly breaking records for their speed, but I’ll take their fresh food right out if the friar or grill anytime over 90% other fast food.

Tonight I visited this Dairy Queen on Morgan Rd. Usually pretty good. Tonight they gave me the wrong order. I ordered Chicken & biscuits. I was given chicken fingers covered in BBQ sauce. I returned to the store & they took the bag to the back. They came out & gave me my order. I returned home & when I opened the bag, I received the same wrong order again…only they threw biscuits in the box.Totally unacceptable service. Definitely deserving of a bad review.

The DQ on Morgan road is usually good, my last visit I had an excellent experience and very good blizzard. Sadly I can’t say that about all of them,as with many things these days you don’t know what to expect. So many people working at these places just don’t seem to care.

It was awesome. The worker Keva made sure that she made my ice cream the exact way I wanted it. She had awesome customer service, and made sure I didn’t wait very long to receive my ice cold treat. And I really enjoyed it because it is super hot outside right now. So if you go there make sure you ask for Keva and she’ll make sure you have great customer service.
