The history of Tacos El Mezcal is reborn in the city of rialto for 18 years as a street vendor. Thanks to a couple we met when we would go and eat in their location since they were street vendors. That’s how our journey began, one day of hardship for them was how all this happened. We reached out to them without any interest involved and after supporting them for a long time they took the decision to give us their family secret. Which at the time a popular restaurant chain had interest in purchasing. I thank God for blessing me with the opportunity of a lifetime, to endure in the amazing food industry. Which I enjoy and am fully passionate about. Thanks to all my customers for supporting me throughout the years

No disappointment here, Tacos were hooked up! They also have a salsa bar, with a selection of all sort of toppings! Service was quick and place is clean. It’s unfortunate that others haven’t had a great experience. Just keep in mind that our attitude sometimes amplifies our expectations. Taco bout it!

I was standing waiting for someone to take my order for over 2 minutes and then another lady got her order taken before me that already had her food order and just came back in to order a drink. After she got her order taken the guy said hi how can I help you. I dint say anything to him and just walked out because that was really bad customer service. Other employees from there saw I was standing there waiting for my order to be taken and nobody came to the register. I had been there before and experienced really good customer service and I like there birria soup. That is the reason I kept coming there but what happened today was it for me and I will never go back to that place and eat.

It’s good on service but they need employees that speak English because it’s hard for my wife to order, on hot days it very warm in the seating area makes a little uncomfortable to eat but food is great people are nice

Food is not terrible, but think it could be better. I have gone here various times, and have been a bit disappointed. The overall ambiance and interior is nice, and the staff is great and welcoming, just a shame the food is not up to par. I’ve gotten chicken tacos, and was given meat with a lot of nerve/tendon, which is a big factor I consider at any restaurant I eat at. I love champurrado and gave it a try a few times, but the way they make it is inconsistent to the point where it tasted different almost every time I got it; sometimes it was watery and other times it was really thick (like it was old or re-heated too many times). Overall, it just fell short to the many other champurrados I have tried from other restaurants, bakeries, or parking lots even. The horchata is alright, and only because it is overbearingly sweet. I want to say they use condensed milk, because when I left my cup sitting for a while, I could see a thick layer of what appeared to be some type of syrup at the bottom. A good treat it you have a sweet tooth, but not at all refreshing or thirst quenching. I might give some of the other menu items a shot, because they do have a decent sized menu with a variety of dishes.

So much Food options and variety of flavors for such a small hole in the wall. Come here early mornings after my graveyard shift to have a fish or shrimp Taco. Because let’s face it I’m an Islander and it’s Dinner time for me I. The morning and nothing is better to me than eating seafood early in the morning. Not that many restaurants serve it early so thank God for this place. Great service as well.

I stumbled into this place by accident and glad I did. The food is great and can’t beat the homemade tortillas. So far, the only thing I have tried has been the tacos. The folks that wor there are friendly and polite, and the place is clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is due to the seating area being small, and depending on the day or time, it would be challenging to find seating for a party over 4. Other than that, good job to the folks that work there and see you all soon.
