My heart and I were here in March during a demanding business trip, we wandered in here new to this mall and wow. The gentleman who took our order was patient with us newbies, my husband hard of hearing and this was not a problem for this very courteous professional. Then came the burgers! Forget In and Out! Delicious and the dine in experience was above average- clean and not overly stimulating. Thank you Habit Burger! We do a lot of business in OC- and we’ll be back!

My go to is the double char with cheese, fries, and a vanilla maltshake. Service was friendly, they have a bar set up for Pepper, Cheney, and jalapeños that is complimentary (High class) and many other menu options (Chicken sandwiches, prime rib sandwiches, salads, and more). There is plenty of parking but a lot of cross traffic in the shopping center. They also have a nice outside patio that’s cool to sit in on a nice day.

Food was decent but after getting my order and the manager reading it back before I left, I got to the car and double checked and it was wrong. When I went in to explain, I felt like I had inconvenienced him and he was set on proving me wrong. They gave me a burger nowhere near what I ordered. He flung it in the trash, ordered a replacement 911, meanwhile the rest of my food got cold. No apology and a barely half hearted thank you disgusted he was wrong. My son worked from The Habit and this was not near the standard. Burger was tiny. Once my fave, will not be back for a while. Dave’s Hot Chicken one exit away. Lot’s of choices sir!

Today was beyond shocking! After ordering I was standing there waiting patiently for my food away from the counter and one of the employees decided she wanted to have a confrontation for no apparent reason. She wanted me to stand and wait in another area, even though other people were standing in my location as well– they were not addressed. She then decided to yell and me and other customers decided to yell at me due to them thinking I was the one that initiated the conflict (which I didn’t), when I was simply looking at my phone with my mask on completely away from people. She was a horrible representation of the establishment and should be addressed by the owner for her egregious behavior. I would love for the owner to please pull the tape and see how I was verbally assaulted within this establishment today, so they can see how a staff change could benefit the restaurant. I know everyone in the world is ‘stressed out’ but treating people poorly is not okay. I asked for my money back so I could leave– I will NEVER support this local business again. I hate that so many people are deciding it is okay to be unprofessional, and low class these days because it doesn’t encourage anybody to continue to head out in the community to support the economy. I didn’t deserve that treatment and she was completely in the wrong. I am totally losing faith in humanity at this point. I expected more out of the population in California, but I have been hate crimed here the most, and had the most aggressive social interactions in this state verses anywhere in the country other than Missouri. I love the food, and usually everything is good when I dine in. But this is the third time I’ve ordered online and picked up the food and drive back home to understand they messed up my order. Something is missing, the fries are less than what ordered, they forgot the drinks, etc.

Recently visited this location and had the Charburger with cheese and onion rings. The meal was delish. The burger at the Habit always tastes great. I have been to this location on most of my Habit visits and I am happy to know that it is close to home. The cashier was friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable. I always enoy a habit burger and this is a great location! Staff is friendly polite and helpful. Restaurant is clean and the food was delicious! I recommend the BBQ bacon burger with an extra patty and half n half fries and onion rings.
