My Alfredo MontAmore With Parmesan-Crusted Chicken was very tasty; I would certainly get it again. So why only 3 stars? (1) They gave us warm bottles of tea. I had to go back and ask for cups so we could get some ice to cool it down. (2) I was asked to tip before any service had been provided – sorry, that’s backwards. (3) The lack of a ladies-only restroom is very unfair to that half of the population (and probably way more than half of their customers).

Food/Taste/Flavor:4/5 – Pad Thai with Chicken had heavy flavors on top and some sourness. It’s missing some nuts or earthiness to add to the flavor of the dish as it is sweeter than typical pad thai. The additional $3.75 for about 2 or 3oz of chicken breast was not worth.

I order from here frequently and multiple times every week, and the experience is always great. The food is consistently good and contains fresh, quality ingredients. It’s the perfect place for pasta lovers to explore some traditional and non-traditional, ‘fusion-type’ dishes. The portion sizes are satisfactory, but occasionally lack enough actual pasta, even if the dishes appear to have good volume. The prices are reasonable here; more than fast food but less than a traditional restaurant. The prices are about what you would expect from similar types of food chains, but N&C seems to be on the lower side of the price spectrum. Customer service is always fantastic; friendly, swift, and helpful. The place itself has a nice, modern atmosphere that is comfortable and clean.

This company over all has gone down hill over the years. (Not just this location) they really started to get cheap with portions (before inflation got rolling) especiall any meat products. This was once a high quality, fairly priced quick service restaurant. That has changed. I won’t go back to any of their locations (unless I want to feel cheated). They do make a good pasta dish. Just not fairly priced.

Love the food but almost every time I go they mess up my order. Any added veggies don’t get added and I’m charged for it. I normally don’t complain but it happens at least 80% of the time. If I don’t open my food in my car I have to drive back. Food is always cold at home than. Last time I went they messed up 3 orders.

Had intentions of getting lunch here 5 minutes ago. My mom, aunt and I went to the restroom first. My aunt went into the gender neutral bathroom so I tried the other all-gender bathroom. The door was unlocked so I opened it and it was immediately shut by another person inside. All I got was a glimpse of a phone.
