I absolutely love this place!! We came here for the first time looking for an Inca Cola and figured we would try out their food. I asked the lady at the window what her favorite dish was and she told me the beef Lomo Saltado. So that is what we tried and the fried plantains, and we were not disappointed. It was so good, we have been back 3 times now and plan to go back in a few weeks when we are back in that area. This food is so good!!

Bought a ceviche and its just not it! I got a few chunks of raw fish with red sauce, no other vegetables at all. Ceviche is supposed to be cured in lime for hours before serving it with crackers, chips, tostadas, etc.. I don’t know what to call it but that’s definitely not a ceviche, more like sushi i would say!

Fantastic Peruvian food truck in a neat area with a few other trucks. They do 1/4, 1/2, and whole smoked chicken on Friday and Saturday. Got a couple dishes that were great. The smoked chicken was also phenomenal.
