Many of the wings were undercooked then some were fried way too long. They didn’t even have sauce on all sides. They just drizzled them instead of tossed them. Really poor presentation. The fries were terrible. I didn’t expect them to be super hot bc it was a delivery and it was late but aside from that, they were not good. We spent over $100 and ate maybe 3 wings.

We ordered boneless wings for delivery. The sauce was mostly on the bottom of container leaving many wings with no sauce on them at all. Wings should be tossed in sauce not thrown on top of it. It is not possible to order without out fries and because the sauce is in the bottom of the container the fries were sitting in it and soggy. Wings on top of sauce not tossed and soggy fries, we will not be spending hard earned money here again.

Wings ARE NOT up to par. Seasoning is tasteless. Only has seasoning on one side of the wings. Pickup for 2:09, parked in the specified parking. Waited 10 mins to go inside and food was waiting on the door dash shelf & the order was for regular pickup. Fries soggy and cold. Had to request napkins and ketchup. This specific location inside of Chili’s. If I knew Chili’s was in charge of the wings I wouldn’t have ordered. So do not recommend.

Love this place! My kids love the boneless wings (apple bbq & lemon pepper) & we like the bone-in buffalo. I’m not actually sure you can dine-in here as it’s located in the back of chili’s restaurant. We always get it delivered. One time we ordered for 16 people and they gorgot part of our order but I think that was understandable & also more of the drivers fault.

Extremely disappointed! I felt played when I realized this was Chili’s and not a wing joint. The wings were not crispy and barely had sauce on it. Everything from the fries to the dipping sauces, ranch and bc, were a disappointment. Will never order from here again. I had a taste for wings because I had got some from the AMI gas station the day before that were delicious. Should have went to the gas station for wings instead.

Not impressed: Fries were cold, wings were under cooked and they Barely had any sauce on them. The price was great for 32 wings and fries but I’d have rather spent more $ to get better tasting and better quality wings. Wish I would have read the reviews before we ordered because it seems like a majority had the same complaints.

Finally worked up the courage to give this place a shot. Boy I wish I hadn’t. The order was ready extremely fast. At first I was impressed, but I no longer wonder how they did it. That chicken was just waiting for me to order it, since about 15 minutes after they opened. Surprisingly the fries were drier, and so crunchy I learned why the English call them chips. But that seasoning was just like my mama made, (we’re caucasian and from Michigan) so nonexistent. Humor aside, very disappointed. Even my dog struggled to chew.
