I ordered a gluten-free pizza but received a pizza that was not gluten-free. I called the store and they said that they would remake it. My husband went back out to get it and it still wasn’t made with gluten-free crust. I called the store and the manager there said that he made that pizza himself and that it was gluten-free. The picture clearly shows it is not gluten free. I couldn’t eat the pizza. I tried messaging the company but haven’t heard anything from them. This place has fallen downhill. NOT SATISFIED.

We had carry out from here in the past and it wasnt bad, this time around we got breadsticks and a deep dish pizza. Bread was great, pizza was a little overdone (toppings were extra crispy), and staff was friendly and attentive. Overall okay other than the overdone pizza.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! I’m sure they’re super short staffed, but they’re not handling it in a logical manner at all. First of all, they changed their hours to 4-10pm, not even an 8 hour shift?? Whatever. But they’re gonna just close whenever they want now I guess and it’s not even reflected on google. And the absolute worst part about all of it is their GOD AWFUL automated phone system. What kind of sense does it make to restart the effing menu if I try to press a number for the extension I already know?

This location has the store opening at 4 in the afternoon. How is anyone supposed to get anything from here with only evening hours. They aren’t even open for a full 8 hours. You cant call on the phone because their automated system forces you to listen to annoying ads repeatedly until someone picks up the phone. Heres a tip hungry howies, if im already trying to order at your store chances are I dont need to marketed to over the phone endlessly and your attempt most likely will make me not want the food anymore. It’s just sad because the food isn’t bad and the two staff members who do work there are nice and fast. Something isn’t right.

Placed an order at 9:17pm , they accepted the order and never began making it per the tracker, so I attempted to call the store to cancel the order and sat on hold from 9:39 pm until there store close at 10pm, 19 minutes later. My gf called on a separate phone while I was on hold, was told she would be transfered to a Manger, and then sat on hold right along with me.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I’ve probably ordered pizza here 30-40 times and it has been exceptional EVERY time! They really market the flavored crust but personally that’s not my thing. Even if it isn’t your thing, the pizza is still really really good! And to top it all off, if you order online, there are really good deals all the time. When I order for myself I get their small 2 topping pizza deal ($5.99). Sometimes I get their large 2 topping deal and only pay $7.99. Overall this place is great 10/10 recommend.
