Showed up at 8:15pm, and over 50% of the food options were gone and not refilled. The food that was available seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time and did not seem appetising. See pictures for reference. After we ordered from the lackluster selection, we were rudely told that the dine in area was closed. We understand that they now close at 8:30, but both the service and the atmosphere were horrendous. It was pretty obvious they didn’t want customers in their store, and their service reflected that. We will not be returning to this location.

Everyone was super nice! They only had one egg roll left and let us choose if we wanted something else. Then found out there were no more appetizers! They offered a small side of protein so it worked out. Got home and the food was good.

We’ve had consistently poor experiences here. If you go there past 7:30–like…dinner time…they will be out of what you want and you will wait for them to cook more since they close at 9.

Was eating and found a kissing bug in my food and they tried to tell me it was a vegetable I zoomed in so y’all could see I was told it was a vegetable. The lady argued with me not in a hateful way but she argued saying it wasn’t a bug and they only refunded half of my order and they did not offer any fresh. Not that I would have took. It Will not be going back to this location ever again

One of those that will exist because of its name and where it’s located. I eat at panda almost daily. The one located in Powder Springs is a 10! This location. However is a roll of the dice. Tonight my Rangoon’s are burnt and the spring rolls are over done as well but my complain is them for not serving I sweet tea. I am not going back to that location. For that reason. They tell me that not enough people order it. So it’s that big of an expense to provide a small thing to us diabetics besides a bottle of water and Diet Coke which many don’t drink k because it’s poison actually but anyways it would not break the owners bank account to make some damn in sweet tea. Small things that encourage customers or discourage them from coming back.

I always come here and today I came in order two plates and both of them were waiting on fried rice. Other people came behind me and they ordered the same thing / but since they had to wait they where given a free drink, as soon as the fried rice ready I was skipped and they were served first I was waiting almost 5 minutes and they were able to get their food before me and a free drink. I didn’t get offered any drinks for my wait. It’s sad that the staff isn’t well aware of their own policies. I really don’t care about that drink it’s the fact that I was skipped ,but I’ve been to other places and they always offer me for waiting, no biggie. Just Don’t expect the staff to be up and on point.

Unbelievably incompetent. You sit in line, order your food they tell you to wait 10 minutes to finish cooking one part of the order, then run out of the other part of your order adding another 15 minutes. This happened to me three times in as many months.
