Never fails..the last few times I’ve been to this location, the crinkle cut fries are always overdone! Just greasy, nasty & hard. It takes forever to get anyone at the front counters attention. I tried to get them to make me a new order but no one was up front. People waiting around with me too trying to get Service. If I’m gonna spend almost $15 then I want hot fresh fries!

The last 2 times I’ve been there the Cherry tart Was flat and not fluffy like the old crust used to be. The crinkle cut fries weren’t fresh either. The roast beef sandwich was good but I want be getting anymore cherry pies.

They have a new girl up there I’ve seen her from another restaurant I like her she’s a whole cool calm vibe! The rest of them are aggressive well maybe 2 out of the rest I don’t know how she’s going to deal cause Zaxby’s was horrible their customer service is horrible the people at the window horrible the chicken tenders hard as rock y’all better go to Guthrie leave zax alone! ! Ok let me get on topic. Sometimes the food is rock cold! That’s nasty to receive cold fold and you paid over 10 bucks for yeah we can go cook our own but if we don’t we expect a good hot meal from some place else then that’s just what it should be! The chicken sandwich is like they are pressing the meat down like trying to save or something it don’t even look like the picture! The curly fries needs some attention!! They need flavor they are bland taste like nothing but Garlic and burnt grease! If you are there for a check was a restaurant it would be Arby’s and Zaxby’s minus the new girl at Arby’s! You need people who care and she’s one person that does. I hope she’s finds a spot where she is appreciated!!
