The employees were friendly and the food was good, but frankly, I was afraid to eat it. I used the restroom before I made my purchase, and it was pretty bad. The sink and toilet were disgusting. The floors and counters didn’t look very clean either. When I used to work at a pizza store, we made sure our store was as clean as could be, especially where the customers are. This store could use employees, that knows how to keep their store clean.

Ordered a pizza, wings and cheese sticks from this location for delivery. Upon receiving the order and getting back to room, we realized we didn’t get cheeseticks from the order, the pizza was missing a pineapple topping and it was not the style (pan) ordered. Called to store location to explain the situation and was told that the manager sent out a pineapple topped pizza for delivery and would reimburse for bread sticks with voucher. Never received the actual items ordered and was disputed on the phone about the wrong pizza received by the manager. They may have sent out the correct pizza, but we didn’t receive it regardless. This location is under garbage management and if you can order elsewhere, save yourself the headache and get delivery from a place that can accurately run a delivery service.

Got a pizza to tonight and it was so hard that my family could not it eat then I call get a new one made and then when I get this one I get home and go to take it out the box to serve it to my family all the topping just slide off so there for nothing on the pizza but the pizza crust I will say after amber left this store it has went down hill I will not be eating here again this is not the first time my food has been so disgusting I couldn’t even eat it so here are 2 pictures of the food that received the 2nd time the first one I throw out and I wish I had a pic of it because it look like it sat out for hrs or days and then reheated

We’ve had the best service and pizza from this location! We usually order their large pepperoni with hand tossed crust – their crust is the BEST! And Kayla was super sweet and friendly! Our fav pizza place so far!

The food tasted good, though the breadsticks were much smaller than usual. Also ordered a large pan pizza with instructions for a well done crust, which it was not. Otherwise, the pizza was good. Pepperoni pizza wasn’t very done, crust was basically white with no flavor. Plus the oldish stray soggy mushroom in the middle grossed him out (left of box in pic). Pasta was good, wings were good. Worth the $40? Prob not.

Ordered 2 medium supremes and 1 large stuffed crust with chicken and mushroom. All of the pizzas had nearly no sauce. one of the “supreme” pizzas I ordered had only chicken and pepperoni. Not sure if they got a new guy or something, but I’m disappointed on this go round.

Never answered the phone. In my car outside with a sleeping toddler while my wife is in the store next to them. They’ve had one car pull up in the last 10 minutes, and ive been on hold the entire time trying to put in an order. If I was a franchise owner I’d be furious. No telling how many sales they aren’t getting because the employees won’t answer the phone. Very frustrated, it’s easier for us at this point to drive to the cabin and cook there.

I have ordered over a hundred pizzas from them in 2 years. I went in a few weeks ago and was standing at the counter for 5 minutes and the individual working the ovens and the front counter never even acknowledged me. The individual looked at me three times never said anything like sir we’re busy will be with you in a minute the ovens are backed up give me a few seconds and I’ll be right with you he was rude and disrespectful. The manager also stood in the back making pizzas and looked at me and said nothing. The manager who was on duty that day emailed me the next day and gave excuses like it’s hard to find employees at this time etc etc etc. There is no excuse for poor customer service. He continued on his email with excuses upon excuses upon excuses. This store was a good store when it had the female managers who were always respectful and all it’s acknowledged you the minute you walked in the door. The manager and the individual who is working the front counter and the ovens that day should be fired immediately I will never use this Pizza Hut location again. If I could give it zero Stars I would
