Usually very good I get home and paid extras for a giant #4 turkey added cheese and avacado spread instead they put on cucumbers….. not even close. I called they said if I wanted to drive back in to town they would do something about it. Really I just left 20 minutes ago why not say sorry next time your cheese and avocado would be without charge. They need to do better if they want to keep good business here in Emmett

I’m a big fan of Jimmy John’s and this Jimmy Johns was fantastic. It is very clean, has really nice employees and the food tasted better than usual! The bread was perfect! I had the privilege of meeting the owners and their family. Amazing people! They are very down to earth, full of integrity, and care about their customers. Definitely coming back!!!

Freaky Slow should be their motto here. I know this shop is new, but they are the slowest and most inaccurate Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to or ordered from. It’s a shame as I was really excited to find they were finally in Emmett. Also very slow delivery.

First time at Jimmy John’s, and it was a complete disaster. I had assumed that you could just create your own sandwich, (like subway) and as I was ordering a man interrupted me to tell me very rudely and aggressively that I can’t just make my own sandwich, I have to order a custom sandwich and add on any toppings that I prefer. He ended with saying “You got that sir?” sounding like a complete smart alec. I later discovered that it was the owner that did this. Sounds like Mr. Owner needs to go take some anger management lessons and learn how to professionally & politely speak to customers. Maybe then he won’t have so have so many people calling him a jackass on the internet. Looks like I’ll be sticking to Subway. Good luck.

Fast is definitely not a concern here. Neither is customer service. I ordered online for pickup, came in 10 minutes later, said I have an order to go, the kid walked away without saying a word. Waited in the lobby for 10 minutes just to find out my order was placed in the pickup box without a word.

The guy Travis that is the manager here is a complete jackass he yells and screams at his employees…. This store needs some attention from corporate or the employees that work there should go to the labor board from what I heard when standing in line to get my sandwich this is a very unhealthy work environment I recommend going else where this guy shouldn’t treat his employees like he dose I will no longer support this store and you shouldn’t either

I ordered a little John sandwich number six with provolone cucumber, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and avocado and I always add turkey and I got a sandwich with turkey tomato mayonnaise only I called and let them know I don’t know who I talk to but he wasn’t very helpful and told me I saw that make that sandwich and it was made right and I’m like well. I’m looking at it right now and it’s wrong and he basically told me to have a good night
