I just ordered for the second time in three days. The driver, Darrell, is super friendly and has excellent customer service skills. And the spinach and feta cheese bread that I got was the best I have ever gotten. I mean, it is always good, but tonight it was fantastic. Our order got here super fast, too. I give y’all 10 stars tonight if I could.

I ordered at 11:16pm and didn’t get my order till after midnight and we picked up cause they said they didn’t have a delivery driver which we were fine with,but then I waited over 30 mins when I got there the workers didn’t even seem like they cared and took forever to say something to me . The pizzas were right and still hot that’s all I can say that was good about the experience

Ordered online, watched the progress…baking – quality check-baking-59 minutes later and our food still isn’t delivered. Called the store and was told they only have 1 driver and it takes an hour to deliver each order, it should be sent in another 20 minutes or so. Guy then said “i gotta check the oven” and hung up on me.

My pizza was made wrong and then the new manager was completely rude and would not send a new pizza then after I was done being mad and went to eat my spinach and feta stuffed bread to find out they didn’t even get that right! This domino’s is a joke.

I would not recommend ordering delivery from the Airline Blvd store. After over an hour of my order being completed the food remained at the store. I called the store and played the automated answering service game. Finally got someone on the line who stated they didn’t discuss delivery issues and would transfer me to another department. They must have transferred me to the wrong department since the call abruptly ended. Miraculously, 5 minutes after my call my order popped up as being out for delivery. Didn’t actually leave the store for some time after that occured. The driver had no idea our food sat there for over an hour. He was willing to give us back the $10.00 tip we paid out of his own pocket. Clearly he was not the reason the food was cold and late. If you can’t provide a service, don’t offer it. I will be communicating my experience with corporate tomorrow morning, if they transfer me to the right department of course. WOW!
