I am only giving one star because I cannot give zero! The manager is VERY RUDE! Our card was charged an additional $9.88 after already taking out what our total was. Nobody knows where this money went and she kept saying it wasn’t charged. We have it on our bank statement so that’s a lie on her part. We went in to ask about it and she started off very loud. Started screaming at us and told us to get out of her store. The entire conversation is on camera. I would not recommend after all there are much tastier pizza places in our area.

I ordered in advance on 6/12/2023 at *1 p.m.* to be delivered to me at my hotel. I received NOTHING. They say they delivered it. Well, it certainly wasn’t delivered to me. They refuse to refund my money. I called again today, 6/13/2023 and a woman answered and started a shouting match with me. She refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. No help from the store or corporate at all.

Ordered through the app. Went though, but never got pizza. Called and was directed to someone at a call center who didn’t speak a lick of English. Couldn’t help me. Was re directed BACK to the store phone who never answer after trying to wait for 15 minutes. This place is a SCAM do not order unless you physically walk in.

Terrible customer service. Late on my order, cold pizza, and forgot our largest pizza…the store blamed it on Door Dash. The restitution: a pan of brownies. Not impressed with the New Yorker: skimpy on the pepperoni as compared to what was advertised/pictured, and the crust was bland tasting.

Have not ordered from Pizza Hut in 6 months, decided to try again and order the melt- Super small- false advertising! They say enough food for two but priced for one, what a joke! This was not only small but burnt- My son posted pictures on line for me since I am not on social media! Will be at least 6+ months before I try them again. Staff is nice, just-they should not have sold me a burnt item! I understand they don’t make the size- that comes form cooperate and I don’t hold that against them. But I will stick to local pizza shops they give you a lot more bang for your buck when it comes to fold overs!

Sadly this location doesn’t have the proper staffing to support their business. I order a pizza there took well over an hour to get because they farmed our deliveries to Door Dash. My pizza was “canceled” even though it was made because a doordasher picked it up who lived outside the area. I tried calling at the hour mark since both apps were contacting me that it was made but not being picked up. After 10 mins I drove up there and requested my delivery fee and tip back. The employee said it was just picked up. I then drove home before it was delivered…. an awful system. Our pizza had set under the warming lamp for 30 plus mins. I would have rathered a call to come pick it up myself.

I will never order from this pizza hut again the store manager Leona is very rude and aggressive when they gave my pizza to the wrong door dash driver. When I ordered from pizza hut not door dash. So needless to say i never received my food. I get things happen but when I asked for a refund she told me no and started shouting. I emailed corporate and she replied to me with a nasty email telling me God don’t like ugly. As a store manager she needs to be retrained on how to treat her patrons of her business.
