I went here on a Tuesday at around 5 pm. Ordered online 4 tacos and a power bowl, and two drinks. We waited online for 20 minutes,(3 cars were ahead of me). We got up to the window, and waited another few minutes for our order. When I got home, I had the power bowl, which was GREAT. The tacos were inedible. You could smell that the shells were rancid, and they tasted really bad. I am not sure if they were too old, got left out in the heat, or fried in old, rancid oil. They went in the trash.

Service is horrendous. I’ve been here frequently with online orders. I put through two orders and one went through. The store team tried to say it takes 15 minutes for an order to get to the store. Cole had an attitude, forgot my chips and canceled my second order after I put it through twice. Completely forgot my sauce as well. I won’t be back.

I use to come here all the time but lately they have been rude. Today I was told they were out of the drink I ordered. When I asked which other drinks they had he told me they were somewhere on the screen. They were not. Only prices. I told him that and he said, ” We have Pepsi, I can give you that?”
