Great overall experience and the food did not disappoint. I was glad to see that they implemented an employee outside helping the drive-through take orders. This greatly increased the speed of the drive-though when compared to other Zaxbys locations. I would stop here again in the future while traveling through town.

I ordered a nibblers meal and the bread is hard. Are you trying to make my teeth fall out? And I wanted my nibblers buffed and didn’t even get that right. Smh. Then they gave me the wrong drink order and now I’m seeing hair in my food. Disgusting!

I have been coming to this place for years. This is the worst customer service I have received. Whoever the girl taking drive through orders with tattoo all over her neck at 02/9/23 @ 1 pm needs to be retrained. Extremely rude. After telling her I didn’t want a drink with my order, she proceeds to tell me with an attitude and angry tone that I didn’t finish placing my order and gave me an ugly look. I will rather starve than come to this place again.

I had come through the drive-thru and my fries had been soggy and I was having a rough day and I was counting on them -silly thing . This Zaxby’s is the worst store I have ever being. I went to the store at 9:30 pm. They close at 10:00. When I pulled up to the speaker to place my order the girl that was taking orders told that they didn’t have enough food for my order. I order 4 wings and tings. She said that they were on limited food because they were going to close in 30 minutes. This is the first time I hear this from a restaurant. You can cook food in 5 minutes. No wonder they get so many bad reviews.
