Now, go. Food was delicious, well prepared and smells amazing right out of the oven. BUT, we arrived at 8:20pm on a Thursday to an employee putting up most of the chairs on the table. We verified the closing time and went in. We then noticed the restrooms had already been “rolled up” for the night and after first bite, noticed another employee taking up the tea canisters that were full. They proceeded to put more chairs on tables while people repeatedly asked if they were closing. When asked for the tea, they said it taken up for closing. Sure, food was great, one employee was nice, but they REALLY want you and them to go home.

Ordered pickup and it was ready in time and still hot. The pizza was amazing for the price. They’re not as big as the generic pizza chains (equivalent to a medium), but for $10, you can add a bunch of toppings without an extra charge, and the MOD size is perfect for thin-crust lovers.

This was my first time trying Mod Pizza and it was a little disappointing. When we walked in we’re were never greeted and the person making our pizzas barely said one word to us. He just stood there as we looked at the menu. No suggestions or asking if we had any questions. I had to navigate the whole transaction. My husband ordered the Margarita Pizza and when we received our order they had left off the basil. When he questioned why he was told “we don’t have any basil”. That’s one of the main ingredients of a margarita pizza. He was left with only tomatoes. He asked why they didn’t tell him that when he ordered and they just said “sorry”. It was very awkward and not very customer service friendly. They should have communicated that with my husband. He would have gladly ordered a different pie. When you’re spending your money on anything you definitely expect to get what you ordered and it needs to be correct. As we sat and ate our food we watched as 5 employees folded pizza boxes while the trash was over flowing and tables were dirty. I think maybe the staff needs more training on customer service and store management. The food itself was good for what it was. It was fast and tasty. I had the meat lovers and it was good. The taste of the food is the only reason I gave 2 stars.

Service is decent. But they need more training on prep of the food . This locations food is sub par. My recent visit, the roasted garlic is definitely not roasted. It is a large amount of almost raw. And my crust wasn’t fully cooked.

They burnt up 4 pizzas. The oven is set too high. They are trying to process orders too fast and are burning the bottom and edge of the pizza crust to a black charred crisp. And I don’t mean just a spot or two….the entire bottom and edge of the pizzas was charred black. Disgusting and easily fixed if management cared or paid any attention. Won’t be returning.

I’ve never been to a Mod Pizza before… this was phenomenal! I’m vegan and they delivered! I figured I would try the cauliflower crust too. That’s delicious and has an amazing crisp to it. I hope this location lasts for a looong time!
