The butter chicken was tasteless only a little heat. I can make better at home. $15 for Terrible food I expected a flavor explosion and got bland. Trader Joe’s is better and only $5

We have tried a few dishes, and we have eaten here during our grocery shopping.

Tampa desperately needs AUTHENTIC PAKISTANI RESTAURANT. Most of the restaurants here are run by bangladeshis who dont know how to cook authentic Pakistani food. So this grill, which seems to have Afghan workers, holds a lot of potential. Unfortunately they havent taken the time and business initiative to hire authentic Pakistani cooks who know who to create fabulous dishes. Even though I like their Chapli Kabab, the lack of hygiene around the sink (dirty sink, no soap dispenser, trash piled up in the trash can) makes me not want to visit this restaurant. Please visit Taaza Mart so you can learn how to run a cafe efficiently and with hygiene. If you start cooking authentic Pakistani food in a hygienic environment, your restaurant will do very well in Tampa since there are no options for authentic Pakistani food here

My husband and I on our way back home from BG always stop at the Apna Grill, we have been doing this for the last year, we have never been disappointed with the food we get, the Chicken Korma, Samosas etc. The food is delicious and the young man that always take our order is very courteous .

This is what you get when you order tandori chicken. And this is not the first time they gave us literally burnt food. Biryani had so much of essence and no taste at all. Every time I order I regret.

Beef Nihari was okay but Goat Biryani had strange smell. We end of throwing it.

Just ordered a order of chicken tikka masala. As a business owner my self I cannot believe how they are serving this for $15. I don’t mind paying a premium, i also don’t mind if the quantity of chicken is low. But i basically got scammed getting served boneless chicken that was not fresh, i maybe got 8-9 small cubes of chicken that got served with basically a watery gravy.

Amount is good for the price. We found uncooked spices in the full chicken that we ordered last time. Mix grill (again amount is great) is very dry. Nihari tastes like regular beef curry. Overall 3/5.
