The last two times we have ordered for takeout they have messed our orders up. We usually love this place but growing extremely aggravated by the lack of attention they pay. Ordered Nashville hot but got some gross smelling/tasting bbq flavor this last time. And the hostess when picking up is not very pleasant.

I understand being short staffed, but tables were stacked with dishes and no waiter/waitress cleaning them off. They just wanted to get their tips and would walk off. The sign had “Seat Yourself,” but there wasn’t anyplace that was cleaned off.

I have been to this location twice. The first time I left as no one came to wait on me after 10 minutes. So, today I thought I would give them a second chance and was sorry that I did. Again, the time waiting for my order to be taken was totally too long, the food was OK and finally it took extremely too long for the staff to bring the bill. Two things about a restaurant causes me not to come back. Bad food and poor service. This BWW’s needs help with service. Will not be going back and will not be recommending this place to my co-workers.

Well the food was OK I ordered nachos with chicken and beef I got the chicken but no beef. There was almost NO cheese. I asked for carrots and ranch never got those. The place was not busy so I don’t know what the issue was. When asking for beer you may or may not get it. We come here every Tuesday and for some reason we had a different server and we really missed him. We will see how it is next Tuesday.

The fact that the kitchen and then the server brought out what they thought was Ultimate Nachos to our table was an abomination. I cannot believe this is what you serve at this location. An absolute joke. Saturday night, out of Beer of the Month, Traditional Wings and garbage food sent out to the table. As a former manager for franchise and corporate locations, I’ve been disgusted with the service, food quality and experience in this restaurant. Do better. This is a disgrace to the company.

If I could give zero stars I would. First off, it took 20 minutes for anyone to even come to our table after being sat. It took another 20 minutes for our drinks to come out. It took 35 minutes after that to get our food. My food wasn’t right and when I did get my correct food it made me feel instantly sick. Do yourself a favor, and just order a pizza for takeout instead.

We ordered takeout. We were only given 2 ranch containers for 25 wings. The order taker was a little edgy with how I ordered, which is a let down when they don’t provide the correct amount of dipping sauce. Food was great though!
