The tacos and quesadillas here are super good! The meat is delicious and chewy. I’m from Houston but I got to try Tacos La Gloria at a catering party in Ledbetter, TX and the food was amazing. They served everyone from their fully-equipped food truck with excellent customer service!

Tacos La Gloria is a hidden gem in Dallas! It’s a small, family-run place that is basically just a counter-service spot for now. Sometimes there’s a crowd so, if you can, you might want to call in your order first. That aside, everything in this place is exceptional. The birria will have you wanting to go back again and again. The meat is so tender, the tortilla is always dipped in the consommé (whether it’s taco, quesadilla, or a burrito) and the portions are just right to have you full and happy. Also, some of the best agua fresca I’ve ever had. Very friendly folks that put love into everything they do. I’m hooked.

I ordered an LA style burrito and machete, and both were 10/10! Perfect portions and not greasy. Flavor from the fajita meat to the salsas were *chefs kiss* This place beats any other local place- hands down. I will definitely be coming back.

The food is good some meats lacked flavor. I got myself 2 fajita 1 pastor 1 carnitas just to try it out. Fajita has some sort of adobo to give it color but had no flavor couldn’t even taste it was beef. Carnitas just tasted like pork meat didn’t really taste the carnitas flavor. The one I really did like was the pastor the meat was on point and the pineapple gave it that extra touch. Now i wasn’t expecting to get cebolla asada so that was a plus, the salsa “looks” plain but it paired well with the tacos. Over all they were good the tortillas were crispy but not too much and nothing was greasy. FYI you order inside and it’s a cute little lobby but you eat outside in the patio so just be mindful with the weather and plan accordingly.

Every time my husband and I have ordered Tacos La Gloria (either for pick up or delivery) it has been amazing. I’ve never been disappointed in their food! Their pastor is amazing and I get it on every item I can. I’ve had multiple items and love it every time. The churros are also great!
