I work right next to Jets, so I get lunch from there on a regular basis. Their food and service has always been fantastic. Today was no exception. I ordered a large, thin crust pizza with extra cheese, Italian sausage and green peppers. It was absolutely perfect, and one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I couldn’t even wait to have a slice until after I had taken a picture!!! This is how all pizzas should be made!!!

Pizza was so great! Had the Four Corner. Our online order the previous day was botched by Slice, and man, did this Jet’s step up. They had my new order to go in record time. Since my brother wasn’t with us the day before, we tried again, being sure not to use Slice. It worked perfectly. Pizza was hot and ready on time. Although Jet’s had no control over Slice, Slice did credit my card.

Pizza is Good mostly. I know we are living in an inflation world now and costs need to be cut. However it seems as if the toppings have been diminished. Also we tried the cookie pizza thing and don’t waste your money. It’s ok at best and the size is so small. For $8 you can go out and buy couple bags of cookies from the store and or like 3 break and bake cookies from the store. Highly suggest against purchasing the cookie dessert pizzas.

Told it would be 45 minutes. An hour later called to ask about my pizza, granted, I was not pleasant. Told customer on another line, needed to hold. Put on hold for 10 minutes, answered by totally different person. Asked delivery or take out…once again, I told the person that I had been waiting a long time for my pizza. I’m 4 blocks from the pizza place. Told delivery person was delivering to W. Addison first, but should be here shortly. I’m closer. Got a call shortly after and the driver had dropped my pizza on a bench on my porch. Mind you, it’s 34 degrees outside. Driver stated he knocked, but I must not have heard, according to him. I’m less than 19 feet from my door…he DID NOT knock. My pizza was cold. Once again, I live 4 blocks away! I will NEVER order a pizza from this branch, ever again. Very bad service and response from crew. Smdh…ugh!!
