The young lady that helped me today was very nice, it seemed like she was the only one there on a weekday lunch, but the restaurant was also empty at noon. The portions are SMALL for the price. I paid over $15 for a half sandwich (regular bread cut into a triangle), small cup of Mac, and a drink. Maybe doing a cheaper lunch option or giving someone a full sandwich for the same price if anything. It’s on regular sandwich bread, not a sub or hoagie. I just can’t justify the portion for price.

I got the Asiago Grilled Sandwich and garlic tots by recommendation. An it did not disappoint. The food was fresh, the bread had that perfect toasted crunch to chew factor, cheese was melted thru and the chicken was juicy. I personally like a saucey sandwhich and so it was just right for me. I would recommend this place for a tasty lunch or dinner.

I pulled up and wanted to order in the carry out. There is a menu as you pull up, so thought it was for customers, but apparently not because when I pulled up, the girls acted clueless. The first one at the windown didn’t seem to know anything, so she asked the other one at the front register. She responded and said I couldn’t order at the window, I had to come in. Or I could of called in the order.. I just got off a 12 hour shift, and didn’t want to come in to the location. I worked on the Covid Unit at the hospital. I let her know that I would just call it in then and asked for the number…lol. she then told the other attendant that to take my order. Ha!

My mom and I went today. We decided to go to Tom and Chee at last minute since we’ve been wanting to go for awhile. We were not disappointed. The food was amazing. The restaurant was beautiful. The Staff were respectful and amazing. They taught us some of the history behind the business amd gave amazing suggestions! They have unique desserts that I would recommend trying. Would recommend to anyone.

Been here twice and so far so good experience. The baked potato soup isn’t the best thing on the menu. Chicken tortilla soup is really good full of flavor. Mac n cheese is creamy and very tasty along with Mac n cheese sandwich. The westerner is really good bursting with flavor and kickin chicken really yummy, creamy tomato soup so delicious. Will def be going back to eat here for sure

Wife and i decide to try this place even after some mix reviews. I will agree with the ones stating there is lack of meat within the grilled cheese. Wife had the westsider with creamy tomato soup. The grilled cheese was flavored well, wasn’t greasy as some stated but did lack meat as we had to spread it out on the sandwich. I had the pesto turkey with classic tomato soup. We prefer the creamy as to the classic which is too tomatoey tasting. My pesto turkey had great flavor but “Where’s the meat?” This isn’t no where the caliber of Dallas Grilled Cheese Co where they actually put loads of meat on the grilled cheese.

The food was tasty but definitely not worth the price, for the same cost as half their small sandwich and small side, goto the restaurant in the same lot for a whole sandwich and large side. They have one small Pepsi fountain for drinks. Server was nice but left without backup when the menu board was broken. Restaurant was clean.

Had been to the one in State farm work/play in Richardson, while the atmosphere was a bit different, the food was scrumptious as always, and the cook even asked my wife if the gluten free bun was an allergy, very kind of him, because it is. Highly recommend, we’ll be back
