the smoothies tasted mostly like milk and barely flavor and the pho tasted and smelled like instant ramen but instant ramen would be better. Also the service was bad, the lady was rude and she was talking on the phone with her AirPods the entire time and not friendly at all. Save your money and go to another place

The Pho here was absolutely terrible. I ordered shrimp pho, it had nothing but noodles, broth, and the shrimp. There were no vegetables or anything else. The broths flavor was gross. The worst part was that some of the shrimp were not peeled. I couldn’t finish it, it was too disgusting. Avoid.

November 26th, 2021 I visited the one in Woodland Hills mall and ordered their pho. I love pho but should’ve known that combining mall + pho was likely a bad idea. It took them a little while to get my pho prepared but they were multitasking making food and teas. I’m not opposed to waiting if the food was worth it. But it wasn’t.

Boba was delicious, and also chewy because that’s how boba is supposed to be. The lady working there was nice but EXTREMELY overworked. She was the only one working for at least an hour during a very busy pre-Christmas weekend. Hire more people for god’s sake.

Rudest cashier I have ever met. She was very rude to a little girl ordering before me who clearly didn’t understand how to order and was mocking her and then was very rude to my wife and I. Do not recommend. I’ve been going here for years. Will not go back.

Worst phò I’ve had. I didn’t receive any of the fresh ingredients (lime, sprouts, etc) that you normally add just before consuming. Soup was way too salty. I don’t taste any of the other flavors I’m use to getting with this kind of soup. It tastes like overly salty Campbell’s with rice noodles. This was a door dash and unfortunately they were closed by the time I received my order.

The owners have changed since it was first open. We ordered pho and boba and was very disappointed. Pho tasted like chicken noodle soup! And boba tea was bland. Very disappointed that they did not keep the ingredients the same as the original owners. Will never become a customer again. If I want pho and boba I will go to a legit place in Tulsa!

The chicken Pho tasted like chicken noodle soup, everything was hard as rock and super salty. The really messed up thing was when getting my food the man left the lady to do all the work by herself and they started fighting in front of me. Before that the man told me I needed to exercise because of my weight, like you don’t tell anyone that, let alone someone like me with an ED and cancer.
