I don’t get it. It’s been years since I first visited and thought they were ridiculously overpriced. Nothing has changed. My $10 burger was decent but fell apart while trying to eat it. The fries are where they really fail- for the love of God, finish cooking them! Another $5 for soggy fries that were all thrown out. What a waste of money.

If only they could figure out how to make crisp fries. Otherwise, their burgers are very good. If they had bags of chips I could at least have a side dish with my burger. It is nice that they have such a huge selection of cold drinks. That is super great.

Doesn’t matter how nice a person is, I want good food and good service for my money. Smile a lot, fine, but that doesn’t make me change my opinion of what I paid for. Don’t get the tomatoes, they are completely white they are so unripe. Pickles are real hamburger dill chips, not the silly garlic dills places are beginning to use. Fries are extremely limp.. extremely undercooked. Very very very very very undercooked limp french fries. If you like your french fries soft and limp, these are definitely for you, they will always be soft and limp. Trust me. Always. One guy there keeps saying they get limp because WE are doing the wrong thing by closing the tops of our paper bags, but they are limp, very very limp, within a minute of leaving the fry station, I know, because I’ve eaten them there, too, not just taken home. The ground beef, unlike another person’s post, is definitely NOT made out of “juicy steaks” they just taste like it; the meat is definitely good quality. Forget the horrible fries, and get those burgers. Without the almost always unripe tomatoes, even in July.

Ordered a small fry expecting what you normally get. I got a small cup of fries. So I just paid 5 dollars for like half a potato. It was out of hand before but you’ve found a new way to make it even more ridiculous! Good job!

Worst 5 Guys in the metro. Ordered a little bacon cheeseburger but they served it with no cheese, and the fries are always way under cooked and soggy.

Food was good. Floors were slippery and tables were dirty. Milkshake and soda machines were down.

Love the taste but hate when hamburger sandwiches are coming apart while eating, please wrap better. The foil helps with keeping it hot for takeout, but maybe wrap the sandwich before putting in foil with some kind of wax paper or kinds for food. I will if course return, thanks.
