Got taco bell, ordered two meals for $30 , took two bites and threw it out as my dog in the back seat wouldn’t eat it and he’ll eat just about anything. The food was not crunchy at all, it was old like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since yesterday. Just horrible horrible experience, can’t express how bad it was. I’m not one to slam a business unless I feel as tho they truly deserve it but if I could give it a negative star review I would have, just complete BS and will never go back there again.

That’s what you get when you order a “Large” order of mashed for about $5. Are times really that hard to charge so much for a scoop of potatoes? Went out of my way to get some because daughter likes their potatoes and gravy but she was really disappointed it was only enough for one. Won’t happen again.

I was got yelled by the cashier (old ladies) by my order only 1 k-6 pls and and she give me 3 boxes k-6 boom weird… but some staff are good. One cuties staff help me in to make it right my orders. Thank you ladies forgot her name.

I tried to order on line I got dropped out twice my order didn’t go through I went in and told the girl she said they didn’t get my order I wanted to get the special offer an extra 8 tenders with my 8 price bucket she asked if she could give it to me . My company ordered online and we received a call from this store that they do don’t orders this large (it was 30 pieces of chicken and some sides). They told us we had to go online to cancel it. There isn’t a place online to cancel an order when you don’t have a KFC account, so I called the store back and was very rudely dismissed by the female who answered the phone. I had to ask for her manager who finally got me the number for customer service. The whole debacle was ridiculous at best. I ordered myself from here just a couple weeks ago and was given a famous bowl with 99% mashed potatoes, about 4 pieces of chicken and what looked like 3 pieces of shredded cheese. No corn. If I were you, I’d skip getting food from this KFC. Terrible service and poor food quality.

Absolutely awful customer service the drive thru speaker asked me nothing and only said “ok” over and over again never asked me if I needed anything else nothing. Gave me a bun that was half rock solid. I’ve never left a review in my entire life but felt inclined to for this experience.
