This is the only panda express that I’ve ever been to that always has way too many veggies and has chow mein. They seem slightly undercooked and the noodles seem over cooked and slimy. The last three times it has been this way and it’s not good. Half the time the location is missing part of their menu. I won’t be going back.

Almost like they don’t care about the food.. this obviously shows the effort… they looked at me like I was crazy for coming back… more like nahhh cook the food correct&you wouldn’t have to worry about returning customers being upset….

Worse service possible. Pay attention to your customers. I waited 15 minutes to be taken care of. I was clearly seen and yet I was skipped and they acted like if it was just fine. So when it was my turn there no longer any rice or chicken teriyaki and I had to wait once more for food to be ready. I will never be back to this place again.

We were the only guest waiting to order but no one attempted to assist or even acknowledge our presence. My brother in law asked if anyone was going to assist us. 2 of the 3 employees looked at him as if he was from out of space. Finally the 3rd employee apologized & told us he would be glad to help us. Customer service training is desperately needed at this location.

So far this chain is the best Chinese food we have found the the greatly Orlando area. This location is busy keeping the food fresh and hot. The staff moved customers through the line so no long waits. This location is tops on our lists of restaurants.
