Ordered on door dash at 720pm. Delivery time was listed at 35 minutes. Large pizza and curly fries. Called the restaurant at 810pm after it had been “arriving in 14 minutes” for a half hour. They said it was busy but I would have it in 15 minutes. It said it was out for delivery 15 minutes later (4 miles away). Called again at 850 after getting a notification it had been delivered. Had to call twice to get through and then was told they would call the driver. It’s now 9pm and I have no pizza or call back or text. Cancelled the order with a refund from door dash. It’s 9pm. We haven’t had dinner. I’m not thrilled.

Door dash order: they use their own drivers so no way to track, it took 1.5 hours to get food, it was cold. The chicken strips where chewy, cold and a bit raw. The mozzarella sticks stiff and cold. The pizza was floppy and greasy… the owner or whoever answer said to relax the food was on the way. We ordered off the photos from door dash but nothing in those photos are accurate.

they cancelled my order so that I had no time to order anything else from anywhere else because it was too late. They also took away the option to be able to rate on grub hub so I found a way to come on here. Also they’re food is not worth the price. They served tiny portionslast time I ordered from there! Ordered through Door Dash. 1.25 hours later didn’t have food. Tried calling restaurant, never picked up. Called DoorDash who said the restaurant delivers their own food but the ordering is through DoorDash. We asked for refund. Two hours after order, someone comes to our home, not sure the driver was DoorDash or the restaurant, but he was rude and demanded we take our food. Which was cold and now I know we won’t see our refund. Never again!

my girlfriend went here to get falafel and about halfway through it she took a bite and was a huge crunch, i told her to spit out her bite and i sifted through the chewed food as i knew that kind of crunch wasnt what we had in mind, i found a little pebble. yeah a pebble. i went to the counter to speak with the owner and the staff was very standoffish and told me i was lying and then told me it wasnt a rock. i then dragged it on the concrete and it made a white line as a rock would. i asked for my money back and got it but it was as hard as the rock in the food. the overall cleanliness of the establishment was nasty, dirty kitchen and tables werent cleaned and full trashes. wont be eating here again.
