Even though the value here was great, and it seemed like the perfect sushi restaurant, there was a catch: the service. The food is undoubtedly good, no cons, and the salmon was almost CREAMY. However, it seems that the staff are quite inattentive and “slow.” I also oversaw one of the employees acting bossy and severely pushy towards a take-out orderer, yelling at him and making hand gestures to “HURRY UP!” WHO DOES THAT? We will return sparingly only for quick bites, thank you!

We stopped by for dinner. The food was surprisingly good, especially considering the price. We got a mix of veggie & fish rolls, plus soup, spring rolls, and fried rice. Not a bad dish in the bunch. As many other reviews noted, customer service isn’t a focus here: our waiters weren’t rude, but they also weren’t chatty or proactive. It took a few minutes for one waiter to realize we didn’t know how ordering worked, but he gave us a quick explanation and got us on our way! I’ve rated the service as 4/5 not because of the waiters themselves, but because food delivery was a little weird – our orders came out as they were ready, which was a little unpredictable. For example, my wife got through two tickets worth of sushi before my miso soup arrived. On one hand: everything is very fresh! On the other: don’t plan a quick meal or order items you expect in a particular order.

I used to love this place. The food is pretty good, and the selection provides lots of options. I’d give it 4 stars except the price has climbed quite a bit in the past few months, and perhaps the most frustrating is they switched from fountain drinks to limited cans. In addition, there is a mandatory service charge of 18% on the bill. I don’t mind that much as I would normally tip over 20%, but they also add a tip line on the receipt—that seems like a bit much. A few little changes could really improve the experience.

Hungry sushi lovers paradise! Great for folks who like cooked Japanese as well. The menu features traditional cooked also. One price – large menu selections – unlimited orders! It’s like a classy, seated buffet. Drinks and desserts are separate, so keep that in mind when budgeting the cost. Service at time can be a little slow, but great establishment!

I invited my family here I was initially excited however my excitement turned to embarrassment. I was surprised to get a reservation for my family of 7 at the last minute on a Saturday evening however 10 minutes into our dining experience I was filled with disappointment. No one came to collect our tickets for 10 minutes. We never got any refills and we were missing several items we ordered. After our tickets were collected no one came to check on us to collect our next orders. Thanks to the service here my right to decide on dining establishments have been revoked. Don’t make the same mistakes I did. Preserve your voice in your family’s dining matters.

I am a regular here, and I must say I go here for the all you can eat & am used to low quality service. However today I was served by a very pretty and nice girl (I did not catch her name, but the curly haired girl) and my partner and I both noticed how exceptional the service was today compared to normal. She was basically running the show. Drinks were always full, she was walking around cleaning, asking everyone how they were. This was the first time we have felt such amazing service here!
